    I don’t know that. Marineschepen.nl states that Utrecht got torpedo’s and Amsterdam got a test launcher. But it says nothing about torpedotubes on Overijssel. https://marineschepen.nl/schepen/onderzeebootjagers-friesland.html

    It could be HNLMS Utrecht (D817). It's a Friesland class destroyer and the only postwar build destroyer that has had a torpedo armament. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/HNLMS_Utrecht_(D817)
