    Somehow i doubt that. Given that you claim to survive to the end in most of those losses and play them well I wonder why your damage and kills do not reflect that in any way. Especially given how unlikely 88 losses in a row are even if you actively try to throw every single game as hard as you possibly can.

    I'd like to ask a naive question/make a naive point if i may: Do we have any proof or solid evidence that either the team as a whole or members of the team used cheats in the tournament besides the fact that some of them did it previously ? Don't get me wrong, everybody we know did do that deserves any and all punishment he will (or at least should) get for each instance we know of. I'm just wary of judging an entire team because one or more members are utter p*llocks which they might not have known (unless it was rather obvious).

    You forgot the British CL and the Atlantas in the lineup. But mainly: Are you sure you want to spec secondaries mainly to hit ships that are notorious for spamming you from range while unspotted ?

    Wenn dein Schiff auch nur irgendeine nennenswerte AA hat nimm BFT oder Nichts. Grund: Ein Träger der in deine Flak-explosionen fliegt ist keine Gefahr und verliert so oder so nen Haufen Flieger beim Angriff. In Grunde ist AFT immer ne schlechtere Wahl für AA, mir ist kein Schiff bekannt dass ordentlich Flak-explosionen erzeugt aber keine vernünftige DPS-Aura hat. Is allerdings nicht so als würden Top Tier CVs viel auf Luftabwehrfeuer geben wenn sie ein bisschen Ahnung haben, also kannst du es dir eigentlich auch gleich sparen.
  6. Auf der Website und im Spiel scheints keine Probleme zu geben, zumindest bei meinen Versuchen gerade. (siehe: https://worldofwarships.eu/en/community/accounts/550641320-Godzilla1702/!/pvp/overview/) WoWS numbers scheint allerdings gerade nicht zu funktionieren, falls du dich darauf beziehst.

    Nicht wirklich. Härte brauchst du hauptsächlich damit dein Geschoss die Form hält (heißt der Geschossdurchmesser sich nicht enorm aufweitet was Energie frisst und mehr Panzerung zwischen das Geschoss und das Ziel bringt oder das Projektil simpel bricht) Das ist auch einer der großen Vorteile bei DU-darts, dadurch dass der äußere Teil der Spitze beim Durchstoßen dauernd "wegbrennt" bleibt das Ding während der Penetration "scharf".

    The Iowa can't overmatch your armor anywhere but on the superstructure. So I assume he either got lucky and didn't bounce on your bow (or stern) because you were slightly less armored than you thought or he just got superstructure pens.

    Bei gleichbleibender Geschossmasse und -durchmesser spielt die Dichte nur eine untergeordnete Rolle. (solange das Geschoss in erster Näherung steif genug ist um sich beim Aufprall nicht groß zu verformen bevor das Ziel verformt oder durchschlagen ist)

    Wenn du die empirische Formel der US-Navy nutzt, dem dieses Spiel anscheinend folgt kommst du für die Geschosse der Bismarck auf einen ~18.5% höheren Penetrationswert als die der Petropavlovsk, was Welten von den etwa 150% entfernt liegt, welche die alleinige Betrachtung der Mündungsenergie suggeriert. Und 20% sind innerhalb der Unterschiede im ingame Krupp-wert. Immernoch Phantasiezahlen (Sovietische metallurgie zu der Zeit war nicht ganz so weit), aber nicht vollständig absurd.

    Then you haven't shot at DDs enough Though DDs usually die before enough shells land on their launchers. If you want you can test it in the training room against some stationary bots. Shoot their launchers with BB-caliber HE and you'll see how few hits it can take. Regarding your question: This is answered in some material WG provided (though they should put it on the website somewhere reasonably prominent imo) You can check the entire series if you want, though the overpen damage from hits to saturated sections is newer than the video series.
  15. a) Dazu bräuchtest du eine längere Laderampe (~3mal so lang), was mindestens einen größeren Geschützturm erfordert, evtl auch eine größere Barbette für größere Aufzüge. => mehr Gewicht b) Vor allem die Granate ist schwer und wenn du den Rammer nutzt um so viel Last schnell ins Rohr zu bringen stehen die Chancen gut das dir ein (und danach warscheinlich mehr) Pulversack platzt und das ist gelinde gesagt unschön, v.a. unter Gefechtsbedingungen (von unbeabsichtigten Zündungen durch den Stoß ganz zu schweigen) c) Wir sprechen hier von recht alter Technik. Sämtliche Feinjustierung und Koordinierung ist menschgemacht (mit Ausnahmen z.b. bei der Des Moines u. Worchester-klasse, mit allerdings deutliche kleineren Geschossen).

    Freak-salvos happen. On the other hand I once permanently lost 2 turrets and both launchers to a single Republique HE salvo in the Grozovoi. Permanently destroying the modules is just a bonus though. If you manage to incapacitate the torpedo tubes and the DD already used DCP that will keep you alive for at least half of your reload. The overpen-dmg is only on fully saturated sections btw. If only the section HP (or rarer hull HP) is depleted that'll net you ~16% damage.

    I'd say no. It's very nice but in general almost nothing beats the ability to disengage when you want to (without having to snipe from the backline) and reposition, wait for DCP or another heal to come off cooldown, especially with ships that are weak to HE-spam (in the case of BBs)

    Sadly that won't make much of a difference. (especially AFT is basically useless as an AA skill by now since anyone who tends to eat flak tends to loose all planes anyways) If the enemy CV is competent he will still drop you with similar losses and if he's a potato his planes are gonna nom on your flak and drop like flies with or without the skills. If it looks like you might get under CV attack the only advice i can give you is to run as fast as you can away from enemy ships (or towards them if they are far enough away) and begin maneuvering when the planes start approaching your AA range to give you a bit more time to shoot down planes and make it harder to drop you.

    I'd actually recommend PT&EL and either HA or JoaT since the latter helps with heals and the reload boast as well. PT imo just gives too much information to give up easily. (someone torpedoing you or a ship you're not yet aware of setting up to farm or cross-fire you as well as early info on the general level of opposition)

    RN CL AP hat die besten Abprallwinkel im Spiel (ausgenommen evtl. Venezia SAP) und sehr schnell agierende Zünder. Heisst du kriegst aus den unmöglichsten Winkeln pens und nur sehr selten Durschschläge. Nimm dazu dass sie auf höheren Stufen üblicherweise eine sehr hohe Feuerrate und viele Geschütze haben und DDs haben nicht viel Spaß.

    I'd say standard tank build. You don't have the armor against HE so mitigating the inevitable fire-damage as much as possible and getting an extra heal are invaluable. Imo secondaries aren't really viable due to the aforementioned lack of armor.
  24. Don't be that quick to judge. I only predicted my team with sub 40%WR in their ships would loose to the enemy, who was above 60%. It was an utter rofl-stomp in which my team cleanly wiped them off the map. It happens rarely but it can happen. (and i had to eat so much humble-pie in that match ^^)
