AFAIK is how the drops work a Twitch thing, not a publisher/game developer issue. The problem with drops sometimes not working happen for a lot of games that use the Twitch drop feature. So far i got all KotS container from Twitch streams, the most recent one from the regional finals after just a few minutes watching.

See, this is a reoccurring thing that happens with every single ranked season. Shortly before a new ranked season one or more new ships are introduced and they are stupidly broken in one way or another. People want the best ship for ranked so what does the average muppet do? They dig into their wallet to buy this ship if premium or to convert XP to Free XP to get this broken ship asap, because this makes ranked easier. Of course there are the white knights who doubt this and say it's nonsense, but everyone can check this by themself. Simply check the old ranked seasons (real ranked, not that kiddie crap which Ranked Sprint is) and what ships were released right before the season started and which ships dominated ranked. Will WG nerf MvR? Most likely, even though mildly. They also announced to nerf Perto because stealth radar is stupid. Of course they do it AFTER the ranked season. Look at ranked streams or the current KotS tournament. Everyone is using these ships (CV not for KotS obviously) because they are braindead strong to borderline overpowered for their role. WG also mentioned a nerf to plane spotting, by reducing the detection range for ships. This however will have very little to no effect IMO. The problem is that planes have a spotting range. If something spots a plane, which the CV player know thanks to the spotted alert, the CV player knows that something is within ~6 km range. It does not matter if a DD has air spotting of 5km or 1.5 km, the CV simply knows a DD is there to spot the planes and so all the CV has to do is fly one circle and voila, DD spotted. Also 'funny' that CVs can continue to play, spot and sink ships even 2-3 minutes after the CV was killed, just because planes were in the air. Man i wished i could wait for a torpedo reload and launch another set 3 minutes after i got killed in a DD. Don't have high hopes, or hopes at all, that there will every be a CV balance that don't ruin the game for every surface ship. It's not gonna happen.

Imagine someone paid a lot of money to get all the skins and commanders and due to a bug or because the person didn't know about it (because nothing is properly described in this game with tooltips or help text) turned off the 'special feature' and deletes all low point commander just to find out afterwards that they just burned a lot of money. It must be really, like reeeeaallyyyy hard to program this crap in a way that the special commander keep its special name permanently along with the unique commander avatar. I honestly don't get it that everything WG does is always half-assed and not thought through or properly tested.

Can't check this ingame right now, but will do later today. But even then, it should show the commander in the list by its name and not some random name to prevent it from being accidentally deleted.

It's not about the voiceover, but the commander itself. It's a 3 point commander so it should be in the list (ship or reserve) of commanders but it's not. What i've just noticed is that i got normal 3 point commander for Gearing and Khaba, as you see on top of the reserve list. There is a Mod in Aslain, maybe in the official Modpack too, that allows to 'assign' a commander to a ship. If you move the commander to another ship you can click a button and the commander returns to the ship it was assigned to. This is especially useful for exactly the situation you just describe. For example, you have Halsey specialized to Montana and you use him also on any premium ship (Alaska or Georgia or whatever), then you can click a button when Halsey is on Montana to assign Halsey to Montana and if you used Halsey on another premium, all you have to do is select Montana and click the button and Halsey will automatically return to Montana. No more searching on what ship you had him.

Do you need the camo as well for these commander to work? I got the Gearing and the Khaba commander from the free crates but they don't show up in the commander list. I wouldn't use them anyway, i'm just curious.

It's white knight crap like this why we got things like the CV rework and many smaller and bigger things added to the game that removes any form of skill requirement to not totally suck at the game. But since your profile is hidden (i guess we all know why) i assume your enjoyment of the game is that it goes boom in your headphones when you press the mouse button. So game changes and bad additions don't affect you at all, because [use your imagination about your skill here].

Why do these people even play a game that is about battle and combat? Look at this crap! We are not even 4 minutes into the game, look at the position of the enemy team. Right from the start they did not even try to contest at least one cap. They completely abandoned 80% of the map and all caps right from the start.

Most good players prefer good games above WR. I'm not exactly what one consider good at the game yet i enjoy it much more to lose in a close and hard fought over game than a roflstomp that ends after 6 minutes in a win. It's just a waste of time for everyone involved. Same goes for potatoes on the own team that just die at the start of the game. Recently i had a game without DD and 3 and a half minute in there were 4 cruisers dead. How is this even possible? The level of suck at the game if off the scale if you die in a cruiser after 3 minutes, let alone 4 of them. Screenshot taken 30 seconds after the disbelief that the DD-less game was lost after just 3:30 into the game. There is nothing you can do to salvage a win and you know it's just a waste of signals, camo and time, not to mention motivation to even try.

You play ranked without clan bonuses?

Hey, he has 3.5 times the average damage of my 'teammate'. On topic I've played only 3 games so far, already the very first game had an afk BB and the second blood was our carrier who has a whopping 30% WR in CVs because he is no cv player but decided it's the easiest option for ranked in his opinion. This ranked season will be the worst ever, but i probably attempt to rank out because i need the ranked token to buy the good USS Black camo.

Be ready to compensate for teammates like this … 614 battles, 45% WR, average damage 10k (!!!!!), most played ship Hinden at the bottom of the screen. Anyone who says ranked is a competetive game mode for the good players has clearly had too much access to glue.

According to wows-numbers you have 15 tier 9 and tier 10 DDs and Z-46 is the 3rd worst performer for you just before Yueyang and Khaba. And yet you want to make people believe how strong Z-46 is? And the difference in WR for yourself is quite huge. Besides, you can find exceptional games for everything, this is why there are videos of it. People do not care to upload average or bad games. Maybe record 10 Z-46 games in a row and upload this, let's see how this goes for you.
