Aah now i see, i'm an idiot. Totally my fault, because i actually try to play the game for the team. Like use AP, play for objectives and such. Well, i guess it's time to join the sit back and spam HE only crew, that'll do it. Oh well, at least i know how to defend a cap AND had 15 fires, when i didn't need them. Bummer

More like definitely permanent. It's been confirmed on stream (last week official stream) that there won't be any downtime between seasons.

A mission with 5 tasks that require Base XP in one battle, starting at 1400 and goes up to 1800, the reward is 200k credits and the final reward is 200 Italian Token. It is identical to any regular Twitch drop mission for this game version. It's pretty much a shortcut in case you can't watch streams. The code itself is, as usual, only active during the official stream time. Once the stream end, the code is inactive and you have to watch any WoWs stream for 1 hour to get this mission as a drop. Was this exactly enough?

Using a VPN is generally a good idea with all the junk, tracking, malicious crap going on on the internet. I assume you refer to Surfshark (going by the mentioned 3 bucks/month). They are fairly new on the VPN market and ridiculously cheap compared to the other top VPNs that usually cost 3 to 5 times more, but i haven't heard anything negative about them yet other than their kinda low amount of servers which could become a future problem, if their membership suddenly explodes due to the low price and aggressive marketing to get more customers. But until then, 👍 to VPNs.

1. The vast majority of clans don't play competitive. It's very easy to find a casual clan so there is nothing to be afraid of really. 2. If you play clan battles and such on a more serious level, then most clans require it. But there are also a lot of clans that don't. In general, there is zero reason to be afraid to join a clan as long as you both are clear about each others expectations. Not joining a clan is a bad idea, because you miss out on A TON of bonuses and benefits, economical-wise. The forum has a clan sub-forum, there are hundreds of clans looking for people. Just read through the threads and apply to one that sound good to you. Or open a thread in the 'looking for a clan' forum, let people know about what you bring to the table or what you don't want to bring (e.g. no voice com) and let clans contact you.

Is there a statistics available for the ranked pilot season? How many stayed in Bronze, how many in Silver, how many in Gold and how many ranked out? Also, does it make more sense to stay in Silver rather than Bronze? Rewards are slightly better, but is the gameplay at least somewhat better as well? Or is Silver, as the middle child, too unpopular and it's hard to find games throughout the season?

In theory, yes. In practice they just tell you to f-off and they don't discuss nor give the reason for a chat ban. Also another general 'contact the support' thing is, that there is no unified rule for your support staff and it is purely dependent on the mood of the support person you get assigned by the system. If the person is cool and in a good mood they try to help you. If they are in a bad mood then you are fcked. I had this before (refused to help or tickets were closed without any comment or reply) and i know others who had the same problem before with a variety of topics that involved the support. Even contacting WG staff directly via PM often does not work. I had this in the past, but also most recently with a serious clan problem. Contacting certain staff member with a request left me not only without help but also completely ignored, no answer no nothing. Only contacting multiple WG staff at once finally called MrConway on the plan who eventually helped us (our clan) by not completely resolving the problem, but at least eased it by a lot.

I've seen exactly this on stream earlier today. A CC playing Paolo only. The game starts, he rushes to the enemy ignoring caps and everything, straight to the nearest cruiser or BB, whichever was closer, smoked up and yolo torped him dying in this process too. Then waited for the next game and did the exactly same thing. Sorry, but this has nothing to do with ranked, competitive gameplay, skill or teamplay in general. It's just a moronic suicide action in the hope to trade 1:1 and leave all the work to the team. Even worse is, that this is a CC streamer, playing the CC account and promoting the game.

There is a mod in Aslain's that let you do that. I've never used it myself, so no idea if it works, but as it's in the modpack it's probably there for a reason.

The 'funny' part is that the company is based in a country that gives a free pass to the government and people who kill homosexuals, a country that, in 2019, legalized by law domestic violence against women but at the same time want to punish and educate you on using the most common words in the english language, such as fu**. They also ban the word retard, because it's 'offensive'. These numbers mean little, because at low and mid tier you get significant less XP and therefore FXP. Even if the t6 had 400% FXP bonus it still would net way less than a 100% camo at t9. Yeah i know, every leap year you have an exceptional game where you get a decent XP at tier 6, but these game are exactly this, exceptions. The sweet spot for XP and Credits farming is t9 since quite a while now.

~650 of the BB games are within the past 8 months. Guess why this is 🤔 Anyone who knows me a bit better knows, how much i dislike BB gameplay and i think i didn't play any BB at all for the first 6000 battles or so. But playing DD nowadays -especially as a solo player like myself- gets so tiring and frustrating with being perma spotted, radar everywhere, planes everywhere, DD is target number one. There is no rest and chill from battle start to end and of course the camping fruits expect that DDs do everything while they like to sit back and farm damage. With this commander skill rework i wanna try a different route. I spec all DDs for range and damage farming only, screw objectives, teamplay and anything that is not purely damage farming. We'll see how this goes. It's often not the WR. Mine is not better or worse than before, but the games feel boring and unsatisfying. Most of the time it's a roflstomp or games are decided by luck. Winning or losing, both isn't fun anymore.

If it would be 'definitely' the servers, then anyone would have this problem, which is not the case. Internet and routing is a very complex topic. Also what's going on on your computer can be vastly different from what one would expect. You can check resource monitor (ctrl+shift+esc to open task manager, performance tab, at the bottom open resource monitor), network tab and be blown away by how many tasks frequently access the internet in the background.

Is this the planned fate of all steel ships, that they will return as coal ship? Or does this only apply to some ships and others go for good (with the exception of the gamble loot boxes of course)? Specifically Somers, will it return for coal in the future?

I've just played a couple of ranked games and then went to the profile page under summary is the ranked statistics. Clicking on ships for ranked doesn't work. It should show the detail ship stats for ranked but instead it only shows the total stats/summary of the ranked season.

That's actually a good point. Bronze should be the entry level for all players to get used to competitive gameplay without any obstacles. The first true challenge should be the qualification to Silver. I also think that certain rules should be enforced, such as having a minimum amount of commander points on that ship. Flags and camo *must* be equipped and so on. There are enough game modes and opportunities to derp around, competitive should have strict rules to ensure at least some fairness.

Hey everyone! If you have bought the new Made of Steel camo in the Armory, please post your ship with the camo here. I assume i'm not the only one who is interested to see how the different TX ships look with this camo.

They fix this as soon as they fix CVs to bring back fun to the entire ship class Destroyer. Until then, there is no rush to fix something of the game that the AI, and not the player, plays.

@__Helmut_Kohl__amazing, thanks! It seems that this camo looks badass on all ships. Also it looks more like a fade from black to silver, which is better, than purely tin foil optics.
