I agree entirely that he should be refunded. If you buy a ship for a playstyle and the playstyle is nerved/killed/broken, you should get the option to get your payment back in whatever currency you paid for it. So euro for euro, doubloon for doubloon, cool for cool, etc How about you buy a tv and they say in the conditions that at any time they can remove a part that takes care of the color. And they do and after that it's B&W, wouldn't you want your money back? :-)

Mine is, I love to play tier 8 in my Massa. Usually I am uptiered the first 2 times to tier X. Then when I finally have my tier 8 game, my CV sales forward and suicides within 3 min of the game and the game is basically f*cked from the start and i have to survive 2 tier X games again to get 1 normal game.

I don't like winning this way. As you say, if you are unlucky you have to race to other caps to make some damage.

I have another one, when there are 6 enemy ships around a cap (and one is a DD) that your DD will still try to cap, get spotted and dies in 2 seconds. Or when DDs are in cap before they know what ships are there, get radared and die in 2 seconds.

I have this plugin where I can see all the stats of all the players in the game. Today I had 6 games in a row where my team had like 6-9(!) players with >50% win rate while the enemy team had 3-4. Does the matchmaking only look at ships? I hope that it is more intelligent than that? Then again... either I was really unlucky 6 times in a row (chance is 1/2^6 = 1,5%) or it doesn't look at players. Could be doable to try to get the same total winrate (for the ships), battles played in that ship and also battles played total almost equal on the same side?

Neh, but I don't want to play on a flank where people can't team play. And without me spotting torping, they are fucked. Funny part is that are such morons they usually don't even understand the effect of playing a flank without a dd when the other side has one.

It have 3 items that will make me switch caps, 1 is if the don’t focus the radar ships, second if my torps are on a ship and i ask not to shoot him cause he will turn and they do. Third is when i play edge of the cap and friendly ships bbs ans cruiser are playing too far behind me. If I then spot a dd and he me, my team can’t hit him and get hammered. I warn them, and if the don’t change behaviour I move to another cap and leave them. They can do their own spotting then.

I love my Massa (even though WG massively nerved it's sec.), my first game is always with this ship. I noticed that when start playing with a tier 8 in the first game 90+%of the games am not top tier, most frequently I land in a tier X game. Is that just my imagination or is the algorithm WG created just bad?

Suggestion: For levels 8 and up: If you are in a game and are dead before you can make 500 experience points, the next 2 games you have to play 1 tier lower. What could be the benefits: - people play more seriously - people play to actually make some effort (spot, damage, etc.) - type of play that we don't like to see get discouraged Suugestions?

I agree.. but this could be a chicken - egg discussion. By implementing the 500 rule, the sort of games you mention will happen less. Personally maybe once in 200 games for me, and if so, supposed it happens on tier X by playing 2 tier IX games I would be at level X games again. I would not mind so much to play tier IX for 2 games. For people scoring this regular (cause they bought into tier 8-9-10) with 100 games under their belt, for them I would occur more often, perhaps so often they would actively seek to improve. Cause you can die quick, but you also can't do anything and hang in the back.

I did all my mission, now I have 1400 tokens left, next step is a 12.000 token Vittorio Veneto. I can get 600 from the Italian tokens, camouflages and signals with a 1 in 50 chance I win the Lepanto. To make the 12.000 tokens I need to try for the Lepanto 18 times, costing me 27.000 doubloons which is about 90 Euro. Both ships are in the tech tree. Suppose I am lucky and get the Lepanto (I need an extra 1500 gold then), but why would I spend 90+ euros to get 2 ships early? Am I missing something here?

Mostly focussed on players :-), beware, lot of frustration coming out :-) Naked ships Ships where the player has 100 games and still turns up in a tier 9-10 battle Ships with winrate <45% Ships that play the 1 line - 10 line Ships that take the long way when there is no need to Ship with players that can't count and push when they massively are outgunned Players that push on caps that have 1 or more DDs When the enemy has the FDR Ships that try the same thing as another ship that was just blown out of the water Ships that torp from the second line Ships that sail within close proximity of your guns so when you are blasting you suddenly are notified of friendly damage Ships under fire that sail very close to you when you are undetected Cruisers that refuse to attack DDs (and rather make firers on DDs) CVs that don't focus DDs (and are torped by them) CVs that only support one side CVs that support the side that doesn't need help cause they outgun the enemy and not the side that is outgunned CVs that make fly time super long (far away from the action) CVs that attack good AA ships when there are german and Japanse ships who are MUCH easier targets Players that don't understand focus fire DDs that take corners tight so they suddenly are up crap creek and die Ships that push caps where the enemy have all the (cover) advantages Ship that move from A to C or C to A DDs that sit broadside in smoke when they know there is at least 1 enemy DD near and get torpd AFK ships

I can understand you pay quite an amount for a rare train if you are a collector. I collect ships in (high tier) WoW and the steel ones make it hard to get everything. But there is a difference in buying a ship you otherwise don't have or pay to have it 2 - 3 months early. If it was incredibly OP, so you are the one with this ship when others don't have it. Then too I could understand. But it is not. So you would pay for an expensive ticket for a concert when you could go for free 2-3 months later? You are right, I don't see it as entertainment money, more as spillage. And I spend a lot of money on doubloons in WoW to go up the lines faster with free XP and bought a lot of containers. , some ships, premium account and gifts.

Hi WG, Can you update your match-up algorithm in such a way that if you are a tier 8 ship, you can't encounter the FDR? The ship is so ridiculously OP it is ABSOLUTELY NO FUN playing such a game. You can't shoot his planes down (yeah like 2-3, and that's in a Massa with good AA) even though he is circling above you. And between 60-70k hitpoints you are gone in 3 strikes by this CV, cause it hits like a motherf.... and I can also turn 90 degrees and still torp parallel. Fix it please!!

yeah, a nice tier 8 one. Have you ever seen the amount of Rockets the FDR shoots? You don't even have to aim.....
