It is not.. You see 1 person in 2-3 battles on Ru.

It's wise that Euro doesn't follow Russian region. I play on Russian server and that seems like an act of public obstruction. Cheaters do not see the change of the color for their names but other people do.... It's also a penatly for the team because cheater receives 100% damage back and dies. Just imagine your carrier dies in first minutes of the battle. Send them email, say you know they use a cheat and gonna be banned if they continue... easy??? it seems not.
