While I am deeply skeptical of the utiity of this or any other survey, I do think it is important to get feedback from people who actually currently play the game, unlike the OP who seems to have played just 2 random games in the last month. Just like the amazon reviews which read along the lines of "well I haven't actually opened it or used it yet but the box looks nice, 5 stars" While great experience of the previous versions of the game may well be of value, contriving to have an opinion on a change that you have barely experienced seems a little ambitious.. For my part, the experience of subs in the game and the expectation you would have from reading this forum are vastly at odds. On the very rare occasion I actually encounter a sub, it has proven to be unlikely to be an effective threat. From reading the forum you would imagine the game to be totally unplayable, much like it was heralded to be after: commander rework hybrid ships dutch air strikes etc etc Now I;m not saying these are necessarily positive improvements, but they don't seem to be as problematic as predicted and here we still are.

Because every so often you get a set of matches like this: I know it's just RNG and the next set will be like yesterday's horror show but it's still nice.

Do something about BBs Their range is so long they can sometimes shoot me when I can't shoot back It's very unfair. Also their guns do a lot of damage which hurts my boat.

yes it's the same bit of code that makes ships go unspotted the moment you launch your spotter plane or have guns reloaded.

Ah well as it happens yes of course that was what I,,, er I mean they were doing.. ahem. One day they'll get round to doing more than three matches in it too. The trouble with premiums is that there's less motivation to play them when there's tech trees that need advancing.

Just don't forget about the coupon and buy the Neustra for full price like someone I know did (ahem). Coupons renew periodically if you've already used the current one.

Well yes if you see playing the game as a grind. On the other hand all so far have been with reasonable time scales so if you play reasonably regularly you'll most likely pick them up in due course anyway and if you for some reason don't it's no biggie. If you do see playing the game normally as a grind, then maybe consider a different pasttime?

Since attacking Subs with DCs is one of the most dangerous things you can attempt in a DD, having the excuse of not being able to seems like a good thing to me.

So i have been wondering if i've been playing a different game to the rest on this forum so took a short log of the last 33 random games. These comprised: 7 games in Freddie the Grocer 8 games in the KittyKhazi 3 games in the oland 6 in albermarle and various others ranging from T7 to T10, cruisers, BBs, destroyers of these 7 have had subs in and in only 1 was I on the receiving end of any sub interaction (albermarle, dodged 2 salvoes, got clipped by the third, could not repair engine out and rudder out due to repair cooldown, got sunk by Zao) and only had two other interactions with subs of the sinking the sub kind. On that basis, "Subs, what subs?" Yes if you are on the receiving end of a well timed torp salvo it's not ideal but the same goes for a dev strike from a Yamato, well aimed DD torp salvo. FDR griefing etc. Does this tally with other's experience? PS i'm not saying they're a great addition, but as it stands it's not catastrophic.

I haven't a clue. That's over 3 games. I feel I did worse than AFKing three times. Maybe the algorithm is screwy. I'm not having much luck with that bote

All my free containers seemed to have 10k commander xp in them. Not that I'm complaining about that but....
