Yeah, and for some reasons, it makes that noise only on the Spitfire, even tho, Hurricane, Defiant, Mustang, Mosquito, Hornet and many others all had the Merlin. However, let's be honest we love the merlin, but the best "liquid cooled" engine is DB 601 (and family). There's actually a funny story about the DB 601 (maybe it was a 605, but its doesn't really matter), that when the Rolls-Royce technicians examined some survivors after the war they said:" For God sake, plaese, don't damage the crankshaft because with our machines we would be able to make it again" hmm. pre-war USN the leader had the entier engine cowling of one color, and the either top, bottom and so on. However, with the war camos, they only have just a number. I don't remember if other coutries did has some sort of "leader camo or decal", i don't think so (maybe the germans had something of sort)

and @Verblonde Yeap, no argument here. This is actually the first Spitfire i ever saw; in the documentary: "the OU-V ml407" aka the Grace Spitfire the only "issue" i have with the spitfire is the wing mounted guns; i don't really like having to work in convergence. It's okay, i just prefer having all my guns right on the nose, like on the German, the Russian and some American fighters (P-38 and P-39). tho, there's only one WW2 aircraft that is more beautiful than the Spitfire, that being:" The Swallow" (thank god some still fly) Link yeah, maybe not the best of the family due to it's limited range. I kind of agree. Maybe Kansas is the best because tier for tier it faces the same issues of Colorado, so it gets shafted the least, but its' still horrible; i mean, why would you ever play Kansas when you can play North Carolina. The way i would have done the split is: Nevada V, Pennsylvania VI, Tennessee VII, Kansas (1920s South Dakota) VIII, South Dakota IX and Wisconsin X. plus, Standard Dmg Con; Massa heal; i wouldn't touch the secondaries, mostly to leave Massa, Georgia and Ohio some uniqueness; slightly more accurate then the main line (maybe 1.8, 1.8, 1.9, 1.9, 2.0, 2.0 sigma) but with a longer reload (i wouldn't go beyond 35s tho). It would also be time effective because: they could use the Arizona model for Pennsylvania, at least partially, without having to make an entierly new model; they just released California and they could use the model for Tennessee; changing a Alabama or a Massa model to resemble South Dakota shouldn't take long (fan fact is that South Dakota had only 8 127mm turrets instead of 10) and they could just copy and paste either the Iowa or the Missouri model for Wisconsin. Unfortunately i'm not WG Thick boy tho and btw, Yamato is acutally 4m wider.

I didn't even ahd to check to know you're Italain @Ammiraglio_Adri_ and also, after i checked, a whale too (Warspite, DoY, Eugen, Atago, Molotov, Graf Spee, Marblehead and Siroco), which is kind of bad considering how many battles you have. The issue is that the historical ships are always going to be there and it's WG we're talking about, and they can do whatever they want. Dante, Cavour, Caio Duilio, Vittorio Veneto and maybe Caracciolo are almost surely all going to be in the tech-tree, so they kind of became repetitive to see in proposals. For the others i only ever go as far as proposing the names, for which i did "proposed" some time ago Impero IX and Italia X. Also, Littorio absolutely isn't the real name of the class; the correct one is Vittorio Veneto, because while there wasn't actually a ship that named the class (so you technically can use both Littorio and V. Veneto class without issues) Vittorio Veneto was launched first and Littorio later changed name into Italia. * Also, they can't even use Littorio because they already used it for AL Littorio. * btw, this is kind of the same issue that Colorado has, in fact, everyone calls it Colorado class, because Colorado has 45 as registry number; however, the correct one is Maryland class. because it's sistership USS Maryland BB-46 was launched first.
