    it is but it's not even too bad; compared to Izumo there's only a 3k Hp difference, which is negligible imo, yes, Hizen has worse armour, but HP wise is still fine.

    Well, the current ARP ships are considered premiums, so they get the standard premium bonuses; the HSF Y118 - Musashi has the standard Tier 9 bonuses, plus +50% commander XP

    Btw, looking at the Italian BBs changes, they kinda make sense if you think about them as with the Italian Cruisers because they have the exaust smoke and due to this, they don't have that good of a concealment, so same with the Ita BBs

    i can confirm i have fps drops; performance if fine, around the same as before, but at times, but fps drop by arond 10, for just a moment.

    excuse me guys, but Caracciolo was shown already. The placeholders are for Dante, Cavour and Lepanto; possibly because the models weren't ready at the time of the announcement.
