Außerdem werden Beleidigungen und Provokationen gegen andere Spieler nicht geduldet und dementsprechend behandelt. Bleibt sachlich und konstruktiv, Kritik lässt sich auch problemlos ohne Beleidigungen und Provokationen äußern. Weitere derartige Verstöße, egal von wem, werden entfernt und entsprechend verwarnt.

I removed and edited multiple posts. You are free to criticise the game and content related to it but you are not allowed to insult others, no matter whether they are WG employees or players. If you disagree with something, that's fine. Insults, provocations, spamming and trolling will be removed though and result in a warning.

You cannot use your existing non-steam WoWs account with the Steam version of Warships. So while you could play the game through Steam, you won't have access to your existing account and need to create a new one. However, you can use the account from Steam to play via Gamecenter on Windows as long as you completed the account setup. There is currently no way to manually link an existing account to Steam, not even through Customer Support as far as I know.

A few days ago, we published another minor update and updated gamedata for our app to 0.11.9

I wouldn't say EU players are worse than CIS players or that CIS players are better than EU. Both servers have their own distinctive metas. Those are quite different and after switching the server you most likely have to adapt to the meta. Tactics and behaviour that worked well on CIS may not work on EU just like EU tactics and playstyle may not work well on CIS.

Grundsätzlich darf jeder Spieler unabhängig von spielerischen Fähigkeiten seine Meinung äußern, solange dies in einer konstruktiven Art und Weise geschieht. Natürlich darf die Meinung anderer Spieler auch jederzeit kritisiert werden, aber auch hier bitte ich darum, konstruktiv zu bleiben. Einfach nur die Stats eines Spielers zu zitieren, ohne weiter auf den Inhalt des entsprechenden Beitrags einzugehen, ist jedoch nicht konstruktiv und kann als Verstoß gegen Regel 1 und 2 gewertet werden. Entsprechende Beiträge und Reaktionen darauf wurden entfernt bzw. editiert. Bleibt außerdem konstruktiv, wenn ihr andere auf ein Missverständnis hinweist. Dabei ist es völlig egal, ob es sich um einen normalen Forennutzer oder einen Moderator handelt, auch Moderatoren sind Spieler und können regulär an Diskussionen teilnehmen. Auch Missverständnisse sind dabei möglich und kein Grund für Provokationen oder Beleidigungen. Bei Problemen mit einzelnen Moderatoren könnt ihr euch jederzeit an einen anderen Moderator oder einen WG Community Manager wenden. Provokative Kommentare im Forum fallen jedoch unter Regel 1 und 3 und bringen euch bestenfalls eine Verwarnung ein, ohne dass ein möglicherweise vorhandenes Problem gelöst wird.

Wie schon erwähnt, ist Sehales inzwischen nicht mehr für WoWs zuständig und hat seine PNs im Forum deaktiviert, dementsprechend kannst du ihm keine PN schicken. Der korrekte Ansprechpartner wäre daher Crysantos. Dazu einfach auf das Profil gehen und dort auf "Nachricht" klicken.

I can forward this to the ones in charge of that decision but I expect the answer to be no for now. The issue is not just needing moderators speaking the language but also having WG staff speaking the language. I know that this situation is not great but I'm afraid there's nothing else I can do. The decision is up to Wargaming and I doubt that they changed their initial decision. For those who have issues with English, have a look at DeepL (https://www.deepl.com/translator). Its translations are pretty good and may help when there are issues with English. As I said before, we do accept posts in Ukrainian when there is an English translation provided. That translation can be done with an online translator.

Guys, as mentioned before, you have to use English in this forum section. While it is not ideal, you can also write in your own language and then put an English translation below. If you don't speak English, you may use some translator tools like Google Translate or DeepL. However, posts without English translation will be removed. I know that there is currently no Ukrainian forum section and I don't know whether that will change anytime soon. However, please understand that it is not possible to just create a new language section without having both WG staff and moderators who speak the language.

The easiest way is to create a support ticket and send them the clan name or the link to the clan page. Then support can handle this and change the name if necessary.

Da RU Spieler auch in der Vergangenheit schon einen neuen EU Account anlegen konnten (wie auch jeder EU Spieler z.B. einen neuen NA Account erstellen kann), dürfte das eher nicht das Problem sein. Üblicherweise liegen solche Ping Schwankungen an Problemen auf dem Weg zwischen Spieler und Server, insbesondere, wenn diese nicht alle Spieler betreffen. Ich hatte beispielsweise keinerlei Probleme, es scheint also kein generelles Serverproblem zu sein.
