Think this is a extremely bad idea unless it is a toggaeble game mode. Those without lion hearts will go afk at the start or sail to the map edge when they notice they are on the low tier team. Good for coop and operations, nightmarishly bad idea for random.

If you max concealment and HE firepower on the cruisers they can be quite fun to play. I'd say British dd's are in a tough spot with radar, enemy cruisers with smoke, and cv's. However the cruisers's guns are somewhat short ranged and if you have trouble with playstyle go for the dd's in the end.

They and all community managers except one DO listen, they don't just always can give you what you want or get overruled by someone higher up. You would know this reality if you worked in a company.
