Exactly as I found it, first few days low tier always won, later part of time top tier always won well mostly.

Get a team mate to ram you off the island

As a DD & CL player I have a RADAR equipped ship sheet that I used to print out and keep in easy view at all times, fortunately I now have a 2nd monitor so I have a PDF of radar ships, there radar distance and it’s duration, it is not rocket science.

Opposite now happens, BB charge in and straight past DD sitting in his smoke ready to torp, now DD can not torp and BB namely Odin just now torp incoming BB as they can survive rushing in where the DD can not.

But, the Smolensk is 3 times the size of the Friesland so 3 times easier to hit.

Base XP means Base XP, it does not include premium, signals modifiers etc, just look at results when you finish a battle it shows Base XP with out modifiers.

How about being able to convert a ships stored XP once you have researched the next ship in the tech tree line?? Proviso is that the Ships XP can only be converted to Captain Skill Points of the same country as the Ship? This can be a straight swop or something like 100 ship XP to 1 Captains Skill point?? And if you want to reset a captains Skills, say 1 Million ship XP?? What do you think @Excavatus ? Just a thought. Pic attached shows the Ships XP I have on my Leander

Looking forwards to new CV to DD interaction, look good, but when it goes wrong for the CV, he still lasts the WHOLE battle as this Ryujo did this morning, he attacked me from the start of the game till I chased him down and killed him to end the battle, believe me any decent CV player would have killed me before half way through the battle. He sent 18 squadrons at me over the battle time and lost 50 of his planes to me, now the Leander is not the best AA ship by any means.

I don't know about anyone else, but this is definitely a Record for me, this CV targeted me in a Random Standard battle for the WHOLE of the battle only stopping when I eventually caught up with him and sank him to win the battle. I shot down 50 of his aircraft, pretty good for a Leander I think, although we had 2 CV per side, NOT once did I ever get any support in the way of air cover from either of our CV's, sad really.

Spot on, it makes as bad if not worse than him, all you do is record game or screen shot and raise a ticket.

What planet are you on??? BB can no longer sit in smoke and fire unseen, very strange indeed, I have never seen DD sitting at the back, why ?? Because they do not have guns that can shoot that far.

The word you have used while it may not seem offensive to you, it can be HIGHLY offence to others, so please bare that in mind in future.

Question to the wise please. Are the 128mm or 150mm guns best to use ??
