I recently purchased a ship while on holiday in england to see my family, i got into world of warships. After purchasing doubloons and ships, i was un-aware that this account and also everything on it would be unavailable when i returned to NZ. i contacted support and received a reply that nothing can be done in terms of refunds, so i feel pretty damn bummed, be careful where and when you create your account.
TL: DR : Be very careful on which area you purchase your ships / doubloons as it is apparently impossible to transfer.
