when/how can you get the rest of the Guinea to obtain this ship?

During my last game 2040 hrs 23rd June, I was on the edge of the map turning when KG IV (Untok) came and ran over me I ended up under the water and could not move while the KG IV was on top I fired at the enemy and was given a violation credit for hitting the KG IV which was on top of me. 1 it should have push me sideways not pushed me under the water. 2 I should not have got a violation Debit and lost points etc. This is a game cliche which needs sorting and I should have the credits reinstated and violations removed.

the game paramiters should not push you underwater it shoud have pushed the ship to the side surely?
