    Pisałem, że Massa (jaki i NC, czy Bama) mają czasy lotów pocisków bardzo zbliżone do dział 203 mm na wielu krążkach. Można sobie to sprawdzić na testowym, więc chyba mnie nie zrozumiałeś. Powyżej pociski krążowników (typu Myoko, Ibuki itd.) zaczynają coraz mocniej zwalniać w porówaniu z US 406 VIII tieru, co nie zmienia faktu, że jak na pancerniki, to leca one przeraźliwie wolno. Jak widać różnice na średnim dystansie nie są za wielkie. Myoko 15 km - 9,82s Massa 15 km - 9,33s dla przykładu Zao 15km - 8,29s, co jest odczuwalnie szybciej Jednak Zao i na max dystansie Massy, jest dalej sporo szybszy. Massa 18 km - 11,74s Zao 18 km - 10,81s
  5. You don't need to buy her to try her gameplay. Take Shima without camo module and feel that thrill, when another Shima (mayby legendary Gearing) will lit you constantly and spam torps at Your direction. And smart player will not attack You having Your team at front, and his behind, but he will out spot You for death :-P. And any move toward him with one gun forward is a suicide, so this ship mayby has some firepower to use, but only when somebody stupid is firing and chasing her. But every DD player knows about it exactly ...
  6. Gunboating on X tier, without penetration and with slow speed + no repair is rather stupid idea. And her firepower is nothing special. The only case she can fire her guns is a DD as target or behind island. Camping in smoke is so dangerous, with so little to gain, that this is not an option too. Is much better to be silent, and look for ideal torp drops. I made mine as full torpedo boat, becouse her DPM with torpedo booster is very close to Shima. If average game lasts 15 minutes Shima with full torpedo build for 12 km (117s reload) will fire 8x15 torps, while Hayate with the same build 8x10 + 3x10 from reload booster(not taking into account SI) = 120vs110. Extra DPM + turret traverse, I see as defense/attack bonus. So far i have about 90k average from 4 morning games with no such many ships: 2x 6vs6, 2x 3vs3. Most DMG was done from torps, but some from fights with enemy DD. Already won ex. with Halland wich tried to chase me, and lost with my rear turrets. But close engagment with ex. Harugumo is practically impossible to survive. Not pleasent thing is, that almost every DD will push You out of cap by out spotting and You can't move forward into fight with one turret at nose. So ex. Shima (not talking about Gearing with legendary module) on flank will make your life very miserable. Constantly spotted, without any chance of seeing 5.6 km enemy, You can only run for life, leaving Your comrades without DD help.

    Build 1 and change manual secondary perk to CE. In my games when using signal for more healing, i very rare use 5-th heal. But when to spent better those 3 points ? BFT will give you nothing. A few secondary shots for 1-2k maximum.

    Też wziąłem, bo na coś te free XP trzeba wydać. Co do DPM-u na torpedach, to porównujac z Szimą 12 km, wcale nie jest tak źle jak się weźmie pod uwagę konsumabl na przeładowanie w Hayate. Powiedzmy, że obydwa są zrobione full pod torpedy (117s), gra trwa około 15 minut, a Hayate ma 3 doładowania bez SI. W tym czasie Hayate wystrzeli 8 salw x 10 torped + 3 x10 z doładowania, a Szima 8x15. 110 rybek vs 120 rybion. W skrócie wstępne wrażenia: W pierwszej przegranej grze 6x6 wpakowałem się w końcówce czołowo na Harugumo z pomocą GK, pomagając memu pancernikowi, który akurat zszedł i w prosty sposób się pożegnałem z okrętem. Cóż, ze spotem 6,1 jest ryzyko, jest zabawa. Uniknął bym tego, ale nie mam jeszcze RL (RPF). Co prawda taka Shima, czy Gearing z legendarnym modułem mógłby takiego DD-ka jak nasz, zaspotować na śmierć, a my nic nie moglibyśmy z tym zrobić, a atak z jednym działkiem na przodzie, to bardzo zły pomysł. Tak właśnie nadziałem się na Harugumo. W drugiej 3x3 (XeXe), juz było lepiej. Szczególnie, ze pierwszą salwą rybek zdjąłem full Yamę i chwilę później dowaliłem Montanie :-). Grywalny, ale trzeba bardzo uważać, żeby nie wdepnąć w g. Szczególnie jeśli ma się głównie doświadczenie z okolic Shiratsuyu ;-) Niestety w 3 grze 6vs6 nie miałem żadnych szans na kapowanie z tym spotem, wypychany przez innego DD z jego mniejszą wartością ze wsparciem Worka. Walnąłem 150k, ale gra została przegrana, bo miałem tzw. "randomowe wsparcie", czyli jego brak. W 4 było znowu 3x3 (godzina 6.30), a moje mapetki od razu spadły i zostałem sam na 100% zdrowe: Des-a, Hallanda i Shimę. Rzesz !!! Kręcąc zadkiem i strzelając z tyłu, zanim zdechłem prawie zdjąłem Des-a i Halland-a, a Szima zaczęła uciekać -P. I to wszystko 3 na 1 w jednym starciu, więc coś tym cudem można zrobić. I skończyłem serię 4 mini bitew z tym. Potencjał randomowy jest, na sam okręcik nie można narzekać. Co prawda Szima pewnie lepsza do wygrywania (spot !), ale jej nie posiadam. W teorii jak widac Hayate można robić też pod działa, bo kręca się 10s i mają ok DPM (niestety są z 6 mm papieru i łamią się jak głupie, więc moim zdaniem ogólnie to taki sobie pomysł. Co prawda tak zachwalany przeze mnie Smaland ma identyczne i już mi się zdażyło, że całkowicie jedno utraciłem), a z japońskich torped tak ładnie wchodzi i wszyscy mają ubaw ;-)

  10. Just bought Hayate. I have 0 free HP now, but i already have all FXP ships. After seeing how huge this ship is, my setup is a full torpedo build without smoke. I just can't imagine her in a role of gun boat with 6.1 km concelement.

    Let's assume You have lost all hope. Fire at closest battleships, which are easy to hit. Ignore all other targets, kite and farm. In meantime try to decap or cap something, to make this game as long as possible. Of course if You can kill/AP broadside somebody - do that. If not - just farm to the last seconds those huge HP targets, which You can't miss. Game will probably lost, but at least you will have good DMG/PR. Sometimes such games are won too, but I don't want to risk and have lost game with sad DMG/kills. This is about playing solo in randoms of course, when playing cruiser. In BB i would retreat into defense position, trying to devastate some cruisers.

    1. scenario: secondaries shooting on both sides is mainly viable when playing with bots 2. without manual secondaries, you can forget about hitting any DD, what is one of the most important point of secondary build Perks - Expert marksman is a waste of points on Scharnhorst, not needed for Tirpitz too. - Jack of all trades is better then High Alert, becouse you have your heal loading faster - BFT is waste of points without manual secondaries - on battleships you need Fire Prevention, or prepare for burning like a candle. Those HE spammers will salute You. - adrenaline rush is a good perk for almost every ship. My proposition is: or secondary build: or pseudo secondary: if You want really CE on brawler, then change AFT to CE, and forget about secondaries. You have already torps ...

    Rozegrałem 60 bitew tym okrętem i stwierdziłem, że żeby miec stabilne gry to muszę zachować przynajmniej średni dystans, bo dym i agresja to z jednej strony szansa, ale bez dobrych umiejętności w ocenie sytuacji, to pułapka. Albo jest to zbyt ryzykowne, nie mając odpowiedniego wsparcia przez zespół o czym się parę razy bolesnie przekonałem. Co do modułu na przeładowanie, to jest on ok, dopóki nie dostajemy gier, ze przeciwnik sobie kampi z tyłu a z przodu szaleja dechy, które zalewają nas torpedami, albo okaże się, że cały lemming train pcha się naszą flanką. W ideale trzeba się pchać pod kapa, ale jeżeli coś nas zaskoczy - typu Mino z radarem, to w sekundę stracimy i z 2/3 HP, szczególnie, że ledwo skrecamy bez żadnego modułu na ster. No i przez takie wpadki, albo brak zasięgu i wtedy mus ryzykownego przesuwania się do przodu (Workiem jest jednak łatwiej tak grać), na razie mam tylko 90k średniej, a to trochę lipa na niby OP okręcie. Moje problemy pewnie wynikają z tego, że tym okrętem nie da się za bardzo pchać do przodu ...

  16. I become F2P, so don't bother with any changes. If one ships looks sad to play, I take another. Lately I enjoyed playing Smaland and Smolensk.

  18. A new prices are harsh, but what to do with free XP ? As long i am only spending it for really needed ship modules, I could buy any new ship at day 1.

    You can do almost whatever You want with key ramapping by doing changes in file /command_mapping/preset_keyboard_1.xml Key "G" is used for submarines for something called "siege mode" and for deploying depth charges in other ships . Unpack this file by wowsunpacker utility and copy to You mod folder.

    Jak ostatnio były same zespoły składające sie z krążowników (bo misje), to Smoleń wtedy jest po prostu słaby. No jeszcze jakoś się tam nadaje do kontry Stalina, czy Moskwy stojącej długo dziobem, chociaż próba ich spalenia trwa wieki. Co prawda nawet z IFHE, moglibyśmy krążkom niewiele zrobić, bo powzamacniano im pancerze i weź traf kogoś w dziób na odległości w te 27 mm. Na szczęście AP potrafi być też skuteczne, ale musimy kogoś złapać prawie idealną burtą. Wczoraj zobaczyłem Des-s wbitego nosem w górkę na 12 km i ku memu zdumieniu wystarczyła paręnaście salw z AP, żeby skonał. Pancerze też wtedy nielicho obrywają. Niestety jesteśmy teraz totalnym papierem. Muszę też przyznać, że Workiem gra mi się lepiej i jakoś łatwiej, a obecnie Smoleń moim zdaniem to nie jest OP okręt. Robi dużo szumu i podpala pancerze jak szalony, ale jeśli nie zaryzykujemy i nie zaczniemy polować na niszczarki blisko kapów, to nasz wpływ na bitwę może być dużo mniejszy, niż nam się wydaje.

But this ship looks very OP when comparing to silver one like Gearing However in my opinion 50 games can show false results, becouse i don't belive that 72% was only my contribution. In this games, there was no problems with CV, but she has tonn of HP with those healing parties and working AA.

    I already know and use most the tricks, but: 1. ex. Gearing defensive AA with sector reinforced is killin 1 plane of Midway from entire squadron So i have it permanantly turned off, to survive longer. Why ? Becouse if You do not turn it off exactly in time, You will still be spotted and shooted. Even 1 second of delay could cost You a lot of HP. 2. Some sort of support. XaXa. There is only a few % of matches, when You have real support like: Smolensk going capping with You. The standard thing is: I met DD on cap. he and his team is shooting on me and my random "support" is hiding behind islands or just happy farming closest BB. You will never know, what they will do. So if You want to win more then loose, You must try capping anyway, using all known tricks and run when in doubt. Sometimes it's ending badly and You can do nothing about it (ex. DD + unspotted Mino went straight into cap) but this is a normal DD risk. Without such risk You will stuck at 50% WR at X tier matches.

    A lot. Becouse as You said, Your cooperating team of SU have almost quaranteed 80%. You don't need to rush something, your flank will not fall in a 2 minutes and game will not end in 5 becouse lost all caps. So your risk is minimalized. And when suddenly some of You is loosing 1/3 of HP ex. to planes, your teoretical carry potential is still 2 and 2/3. If solo player take a hit of 1/3, he only has 2/3 chances to do his normal score. Yes, I know how easy is playing with good players, when they are refusing to die no matter what becouse their high skill. It's not a andom game any more. It's most often We champions vs rest. In team You don't need to worry so much, that Your DD has lost some HP from planes, while solo player must rethink his strategy twice and play much more passive, what for sure will greatly diminish his chances to win on his own. For now We know, that CV rework changes nothing, when playing in a very good team. I would be surprised if any "rework can change this, especially then average skill of players is falling hard. As i said I can't argue to such. statement very similiar to this: Mikasa is very good ship,, becouse I always have 100% WR when playing her with overkill division vs new players. And my point was: without CV in a game, good player in DD can carry to victory much easier, with iCV even if he "adapted", it's often impossible, becouse CV has much greater carry potential then DD and your personal effort could be meaningless. Argument, that 3 players division can still overome CV influence, adds not much to this thread. If You can overcome alone influence of even the best CV and still win, proves that You are an exceptional player,. Good for You then. Next time, when i got bombed to oblivion or spotted in a wrong place, I will knew, that I just play poorly and not adapted to a new meta. ps. I will not further reply,. becouse English is not my native language and it's not so easy to me to argue in a different language, then my own. Anyway - Thank Your effort.

    UI scale bug

    You are using multiple monitors and game or driver has probably problem with that. So i have a questions: 1. Are both monitos are using the same working resolution with the same refresh rate ? ex. 1920x1080 60HZ. You have probably different ones, so black screen when game is forcing your primary to work with resolution of secondary. (my bet) 2. When you try to set full screen, do You pick the same resolution as using under Windows on Your gaming monitor ? Anyway, disconnect second monitor and look if this helps. You can always try to start a game without launcher. And if Your card can work with standard Nvidia drivers ? If it is laptop, them many times it would work, byt not correctly Special drivers from manufacturer could be needed, ps. game re-downloading is pointless.

    I don't see such point valid, becouse this particular player has played only a few games in DD solo. For sure he is not bad, but his arguments are not solid. Surive and do well. How well ? DMG wise or WR wise, becouse i don't see such data so far. Mayby he is right, we just dont know. But even it this can work, only really good players can adapt to such hard meta, others stand not a chance or just pray to really bad CV as opponent. From my observations I can still do the same DMG in DD as before rework, but on some ships, which are very susceptable to CV damage and spot, I carry no more, especially when I saw that ships like Gearing can be one dropped by 2/3 of their HP. And I am not taking about carrying with OP team or low tier ships. Yes i played CV too and once fought in implacable vs Friesland. Still got it nailed hard, time after time by using slingshots, so he turned off his AA and run away. So if a new CV player, in VIII CV can do that to one of the best AA DD overall, then how DD have to adapt ? So far from my Gearing observations, if I don't want to be smashed, it's better to forget about AA. But it limits oir possible choices hard. Where I am wrong ? Which statement is true: I can kill every DD as CV or when playing DD, CV means not much to me (attack from potato CV or staying with Your team is a remedy ?). Both cannot be true. Especially when using slingshots Ii killled some low health DD in the middle of enemy X tier order. And they really tried to adapt. So my proposition is limiting a DMG done to DD from 1/3 to 1/5, to make them live longer.
