Bug in Co-op? Bots targeting team mates

I have games when I was with one bot vs one enemy bot straight ahead of us about 16 km. And it happend that such friendly bot fired his own guns or torped me. I sent a replay to WG, thay answered that it's a known bug. that from time to time bots are firing at friendly ships :-P -
When You start to do twice the DMG/kills you already are doing, then Your WR will go up. It's simple dependance.

But You need press sector and then in no more then one second turn off AA. So O-P. On my binding: tilde-ESC. In both cases You must move your fingers from WASD or mouse. And in the battle I am doing mistakes. Often i try to turn on my AA by tilde, but if priority sector is prepairing, AA will stay off. I need voice confirmations, to make it work for me: AA turned off/on, sector ready to use etc. -
Who will be watching them ? This Mahan probably event don't look at minimap or just don't care about who will won this game and want to torp this nearby cruiser. However game looks lost anyway. So what ? They will soon click another game. And it's only a game.

You are right that is not looks good, but I have to admit that vanilla game for me is almost unplayable without a lot of customization. Small fonts, small very important signs, not visible colours becouse transparency etc. Now I am modding a font which informs about cap timer, becouse when i am capping i have no visible sign that enemy is in cap. My work is to look around, watching for approaching enemy radar ships and possible torps, but not to stare at tiny font. It should be a voice message: capping stopped !. And there is a dozens of such things, which improved give me much better results. This standard UI just sucks. -

Sam wiesz, że nawet jeśli CV nie gra nic, ale przeleci obok Ciebie, a ty własnie jesteś blisko przeciwnika, to zazwyczaj zdrowo się obrywa od okrętów przeciwnika. Czyli on może nie grac nic, a ty chocbyś był najlepszy i dał radę sam wyciągnąc tą grę, to w kilka sekund moze Ciebie nie być. W ostanich grach przekonałem się, że bywa, że duzo wiecej obrywam w takim wypadku od tego spota, niż od samego CV. Dlatego na takich okrętach jak np. Gearing, nawet nie włączam AA, bo tylko pogarszam swoją sprawę i dłużej się świecę. -

Takie generalizowanie jest bzdurne, bo DD obrywa od wszystkich, a to własnie spot od CV dla druzyny przeciwnej powinien zostać całkowicie wyeliminowany, a nie wręcz wydłuzony czas spota. Wiesz co się dzieje jak próbujesz kapować a przed sobą masz na 10-12 km np. Desa i Smołe, co jest obecnie bardzo częste. W kilka sekund nie masz 1/4 HP, a gdy już znikniesz to jeszcze leci i leci w Twoim kierunku. Te 2 ekstra sekundy widoczności, za to że śmiałes włączyć AA, to moze być właśnie Twój zgon. -

Not everybody is so fluent in pressing keys without watching at keyboard. And when I manuveur close to cap, watching distance to enemy radar ships and possible torps, moving my fingers from WASD to make 400 HP/10s to planes is nosense for me. As i said WG could just adopt rule - ship did DMG to plane = she is instantly spotted. But instead they penalized all the players for using AA, by extra spot of 2 seconds after turning it off, when planes are still in AA range, but outside air spot , so enemy ships can make even more DMG to You. Ok - but everybody knows that CV team spotting should be completely removed, becouse this spot especially for DD is a death sentence, when she is tryinh to do her work. What do you not understand ? -

I can't imagine doing that for 400 HP (ex. Smaland id doing such damage,) close to cap in front of enemy fleet (where I am most the time), taking my fingers from WASD and risking not turning AA off in this 1 seconds. I tried this in training room, and many times i was just spotted. Anyway GG with nerfing DD, when 99,9% of people don't know about it or even can't do it with 100% safety. Instead of adding those 2 second they should just add rule - dmg done to plane = spotted. And this tiny spot in enough to know DD position (last know position - minimap) and attack her. ps. You don't need every post write: I am the best CV, I know everything etc., becouse it's just boring and childish. Others like me mayby are not the top, but not bad Cv drivers too. -

A cały ten nerf wprowadzono dlatego, że pare osób brało sobie perk MAA i bawiło się w szybkie właczanie sektora i wyłaczanie AA i spadał samolocik, a ty pozostawałes nie wykryty. Bez tego perka np. Smaland zadaje śmieszne 400 HP co 10 sekund. I jezeli spóźnisz się o ta milisekundę w wyłaczniu AA to będziesz widoczny i CV Ciebie ukarze. Co robi WG na taki trick stosowany przez kilka osób z perkiem, którego nikt praktycznie nie bierze dla DD ? Nerfi wszystkie DD. A przeciez mogli dać zasadę, że jeśli zadałeś jakieś obrażenia, to zostałeś wyspotowany i CV już zna Twoją pozycję na minimapie. Ale nie lepiej dodac 2 sekundy świecenia się, zeby inne okręty mogły w Ciebie naparzać, bo a nuż biedny CV nie będzie wiedział gdzie byłeś, bo nie popatrzy na minimapę. -

Smaland without MAA is killing 400 HP from plane once on 10 seconds (tested vs Midway bot) what is abysmal value. Not worth any effort or even milisecond of my attention. And i talked about good CV players, not poor ones. Difference is, that good one can make Your life so miserable, that DD player will pay harshly for trying such tactics. Even I reading forum knew that stuff, not playing CV from a few weeks, so ... What a nonsense, nerf for all DD for perk which almost nobody is taking and only a few did such trick. . And to make it work I have to take out my fingers from WASD keys, what is only possible far from enemy ships. And even milisecond of delay between turn on/off = spotted. They should add those 2 additional seconds penalty only for persons using MAA then. -

But, by who ? Mayby this cruiser nearby ? When being close to cap, if I mistype those keys, which happens, I will be toasted for this error. If it works for You 100%- good. But now - all DD players are even more toasted, when switching to AA when spotted. And many of them don't have long range aura for doing such tricks with sector switching. btw. did it work without perk massive AA ? I am testing in Smaland turning sector on/turn off AA immidiately and nothing spectacular happens. Any plane is shot down. He is loosing only a few HP. So i must turn sector on and then turn on/off AA many times as i understand to make it work ? No - this second option not works at all and first it taking pitiful 400 HP from plane. Ok. MMA is needed. So for this perk, which almost nobody is choosing on DD, all DD get nerfed ? Just splendid. -

But Cv is aware now of Your presence. He could fly to another target, but now he can direct his attention to You. And as DD I am as close enemy as possible and i don't want any additional spot. A few seconds of it in proximity to fast firing spammers will cost me a lot of HP. For a few planes ? No thanks. -

Turn on/off AA sector on max distance ? After trying that I don't think it's a good idea, becouse good CV will turn his attention to You and will punish for that harshly. And from DD perspective, any amount of planes killed is not worth lost HP and extra spot. (most often). So now, when you are close to enemy dangerous ships (Worcester, Smolensk etc.) and You want to minimize time of being spotted, You have two options: forget about AA or turn it off/on when spotted/not spotted and get extra DMG in those additional 2s of spot. Just wondeful change. -

For me functionality is on the first place, so the less effects, the better. Took me a lot of time to get rid off them. In single player games however I love visual effects. So i have turned to off: shadows, reflections and dynamic ligthing. On top on that I am using my mod, which has constant weather on all maps and removes all sun light on sea surface. mod: standard game with most options on: -
Personally I like the idea, but HSF Yama camo looks much prettier, so even having unlimited amount of steel I would not buy it.

Wyłączasz i jeśli samoloty są poza zasięgiem twego spota z powietrza, to od razu znikasz. A teraz się jeszcze poświecisz 2s, jesli masz długie AA, a samoloty będa w jego zasięgu. Oczywiście włączalismy i wyłączalismy na minimalnym zasięgu, żeby one nie mogły wykonać zrzutu (czy tez mieć utrudniony w przypadku nawrotki), a same otrzymywały uszkodzenia. Bonusem też był nasz krótszy spot. Zawsze tez mozna było na sekundę włączyć sektor priorytetowy, żeby zadać uszkodzenia z niego na max dystansie i zniknąć. Tylko, że wtedy narażalismy się na zainteresowanie wrogiego CV, co mogło mieć opłakane skutki. -

To ballance this european IX-X DD AA (probably), in a new patch all ships (read: DD) will have 2 seconds air spot maxed to You AA range, when planes are in that range, after how they turn off their AA. Very good move ! We are waiting for more such changes on DD-CV front :-P -

Toż wiadomo, że małym, niewidzialnym robaczkom co pluja nieskończonymi torpedami, trzeba co i rusz dowalić. Tego domaga się "playerbase", więc to było do przewidzenia. Co jest najlepsze, że za europejskie IX/X DD, oberwały wszystkie pozostałe. To się nazywa robienie kogoś bez mydła :-) Gracze DD: CV umiemozliwiają nam grę, prosimy o rebalans ! WG: Oczywiście - radar już skutecznie poprawiliśmy ;-). A więc, nie włączajcie AA, bo jak to zrobicie to będziecie się dłużej świecić. Myślę, że teraz będziecie zadowoleni :-P. Jeszcze jakieś życzenia ? -
Yea, but overall playerbase was against any exclusivity, as WG too. You can like it or not, but this is a fact. Even spending real money can't quarantee You that the same things will not be free at the future. And what about rewording a good players ? I think, when average skill if falling down, they become a problem too, becouse they are just playing too good compared to average red player, making them unhappy, so rewarding such beheviour is probably counterproductive from WG perspective . ps. I know the final effect. I spent no more money, and do not play "competitive" like ex. ranked. It's nosense from my perspective (I am capitalistic pig and I like exclusive things), but if others are happy, then I have not a problem with that.

Des z obecną legendarką to zupełnie inny okręt, który już nie musi tylko kisić się za wyspami, a grać aktywnie. Rozegrałem niedawno sporo bitew w pierwszym i drugim stylu i okazało się, że z legendarką gra się duzo łatwiej. ma sie większą przeżywalność i wpływ na bitwę. Zdecydowałem się też na moduł na Gearinga z lepszym camo kosztem przeładowania i po zmianie perków, tez okazał się to strzał w dziesiątkę w obecnej mecie. Okręt dalej odstaje od reszty (CV robi niego sieczkę), ale przynajmniej jest z legendarką przyjemny w graniu. -
