Maybe, but I've been playing this since... forever, not like I filled the list in half a year. I even clean up a bit every now and then, it's actually the reason I noticed the freezing at all.

As it says in the title, can't open the bloody thing from contacts and chat thingy in port. Anybody having similar troubles?

hm... yes, mine is rather well populated too. can't really count them now, of course, since it just freezes the client indefinitely, but easily several hundred players on it by now. actually, some days ago I achieved one of my all time goals in this game: a match where everybody on both teams was already blacklisted. :D rather relaxing actually, maybe I should install that chat disabler mod.

Horrible turd of a ship. Main battery is over-pen fiesta, served with a side of shattered secondary shells. It's about as appetizing as German cuisine in the 40ies, about the time they ran out of turnips. Your sole purpose is to provide the enemies with something to shoot at, so go full tank build and ram the ship into the enemy formation. You may get to use your one torpedo, it's your only reliable way of dealing significant damage. Or save your sanity and just freeXP past.

Too lazy to look it up, when you're all so into them anyway, so... Is there any reason besides looks why I'd want one?

A thread "Worchester - any reason left to play Des Moines?" wouldn't be totally ridiculous, would it? I kinda took it as another indication for Des Moines reduces relevancy. IIRC he mumbles at some point something like "I did mention Des Moines, did I?"... :D

if you think they rigged the match, send in the replay and make it somebody else's problem. especially if that dude was stupid enough to hint at it in chat.

World of Worchesters is getting old very, very quickly. I'm out for now, it's just too boring. I have more fun exploring the insides of my nose. It's also a lot more activity on average, so the healthy option.

If you anything points to rigging, send the replay to support or pester conway directly about it, otherwise this is a non-issue.

too bad this isn't tier 8 all the way, I was really having fun with double rudder chappy. farming high calibres and confederates was never this easy.

clearly no.more ships equals more variety and ranked is already lacking a bit in that regard, since one tier only. are there OP premiums? well... yes and no. in the hands of a good player with a high point captain, sure. but the next one you meet in battle might be a noob who just bought the ship. i'd rather have the techtree ship and a skilled player on my team than a seemingly OP premium in the hands of somebody whose natural tier is at around 2. but if i have to settle with the noob, i'd much rather have him in a ship as fool-proof as at all possible. swings and roundabouts. the only exception is possibly the stalingrad, since you actually have to earn that. so there's a too strong ship in the hands of somebody who's at the very least quite experienced. i wouldn't mind if they banned stalingrad from ranked and clan.

this doesn't look like a bug to me though and doesn't match up for server de-sync neither if I'm any judge.

have you seen that ring around the rosie match jingles posted on youtube? best player in the entire match was still below 400XP at... was it tier 9 or 10? we need words a lot stronger than just wrong to adequately describe this playerbase. words like *edited*, *edited* and *edited*. because we'd also need the ability to tolerate these words, all hope is lost at this point. wait for console release... you'll all remember the current crapfest as the good old golden days soon enough.

With the recent inflation in containers the forced animation watchaton becomes more and more annoying. Can we please finally have a skip option? And while you're at it, can we please also have a "remember my selection" option for container type? Thanks.

It's not seal clubbing, it's providing a community service that weeds out the weak early enough before they can become full grown battleshitters.

Way too complicated, way too... I don't even know... social engineering? Why even try to modify behaviour, when the whole issue can fixed by very simple measure of adjusting spawn? Simply spawn BBs close to caps, depending on map size I'd say maybe 10km away from each other. Now drop the thunderstorm effect known from operation Hermes over the caps and lift it after let's say 2 minutes to allow for some adjustment of position, with the added side-benefit of punishing AFKers quickly and efficiently. In other words: leave the buggers no other choice but to be useful at least in the sense of giving the enemy something to shoot at. Voila, problem solved. It is not hard at all.

Here's a radical thought, WG: make a survey among active players on the server which tier they'd like for the next season of CB/ranked. The tools are obviously already there, since you continue to annoy me with that mind-numbingly stupid after battle thingy about how disappointed I was with that particular crapfest without any means whatsoever to tell you why. It's a pretty good example why statistics that try to quantify questions that are by their very nature about qualities always fail so spectacularly. Whatever, it will require very little work to turn that into an actually useful tool to find out what your customers actually want. As I said... radical... common sense so often is, when marketing and consultant stooges are the ringmasters in the circus.

More operations (and scratch the weekly schedule) and more game modes, besides ranked and CB - problem solved. If WG want ideas, well, my consultant fees are negotiable and in this case it would still be a bit of a labour of love, so I'd be quite reasonable about it.

Just met @BeauNidl3 in his Kutuzov while I was suffering through the FdG. Gave him a deserved compliment and I guess I got one from him in return, because I'm rather sure that didn't come from my team, whose testicle size I commented on for about 5 minutes. Stupid, gutless lot I was settled with there.
