Been traveling and started ranked today. Decided to play Anshan and my starting rank was 13. 8 games later got to rank 10. Never been this easy :)

I play about 80 to 100 games a week. For the Kamikaze I should play 150 - 200 games a week, which is impossible, since I wont quit my job for this. When the bar is set so high that is obviously not possible to reach, most people will just give up without trying. Like me, so I will take what camos I can but otherwise wont bother that much. I certainly hope that the evolution of events is not "more grind for mediocre prizes". If however that is the case, it will just simplify things for me.

First time rank 1 achieved. Used Belfast after few first games. This time i just didn't play ranked if my team was horrible AND my own performance was crappy. Tried few times and dropped ranks. This time it took 213 games and my winrate was 57 at the end.

I have just played normally and had fun. These ships seem to come to me as a side effect without additional effort. I don't have Nachi yet since Im missing 5 RU kills and few German kills. I guess my two cents is this, I get free stuff! thank you WG! And in my opinion grinding stuff, be it ARP stuff or ranked battles rots the mind and makes people vexed and whiny.

I had a visit in rank 9, then I'm firmly stayed in rank 10. Trying to progress without succes can be very frustrating so I stopped trying to do that progress thing. Now I will just play for fun. Sometimes ranked, sometimes random. This is a lot less stressfull.

Well, thats it for me. Last 60 games I have been between rank 9 and almost rank 8. Just missing that one star, then dropping down again. If i get some wins then nex few matches are with teams that literally split in two groups and go hiding behind islands or the classic where we agree to go cap one spot and people still go where ever they want. No capping there. Or I get MM love and enemy has more BBs and more DDs. Just can't beat the odds and not willing to grind more. I do like these ranked battles, but to progress in ranks...My skills and luck obviously is not enough.
