If u are new to cruisers i would not recommend the british tho. to play them well u need good map awareness and ppl usualy target them first. I would go for the ijn line their pretty mutch all round. -

Just see urself as a support for ur dds going in alone is never a option.And do not be afraid to disengage. Always keep in mind where the enemy bbs are. Do not relly on your secondary's too mutch showing full broadside just to get those things firing is never a good thing

if u like to see ships like this u got an event in holland called SAIL amsterdam that has these kind of ships comming in port every 5 years. pretty awesome to see. i beleave this ship also comes there. -
u already mentioned the bad points so it will not dissapoint :X its still pretty easy to dodge torps with. And if u preaim your guns well u just delete cruisers with the awesome guns. still apretty good ship to me if u do not mind being slow. And ofc there is the heal

myup if some enemys are behind an island just go lay next to it pop spotter plane and everytime the plane hovers above them they will be spotted

found this ship nice even before. but she got a lot more survivability now with more concealment. also priority target lets u know when ur actualy targeted so u can keep shooting even when detected mutch more easy. this is a great buff to the ship as well the rest is still the same tho.

I almost never play cv but i would say the removal of manual drops for the low tier cvs. And my second vote would be the nerf on supers. :X The rest i dont care about
