yup spotter plane all the way. have not tried the 420's yet but the 406's do work quite well for me. maybe the extra pen would be nice but if it really has flatter arks i would rather shoot the 406's atm. either way 3 secs reload does not make a lot of difference.

ye your not alone there. i liked the bishmarck but the friederich is just a tankier slower version of it as far as i would say. i free xped to the kurfurst and i love that ship tho. so its worTH getting trough that t9. first step u need to take is to forget any secondery build if u have it. just go full tank build. aa is nice but u wont be able to dodge all and u will get struck your just too big. otherwise is just to try to get in and tank for ur team position yourself that u can angle against bbs but dont overextend. and make sure u stay in range of your team. dont go in solo. thats the most annoying part of going from the bishmarck to the friedrich. u just lose all agility and u wont be able to get out of sticky sitations that often. Edit: ze reckless was a second faster :D

i would like to see some range on the t8 cruisers tho. with T10 mm going on and with the open maps. they can use it.

20 seconds for getting spotted i find a little bit too mutch tho. if u fire your guns and a dd pops up around a corner and u accidently fire without spotting him first your whole smoke is wasted basicly. getting spotted for a couple of seconds in cruisers or dds should be more then enough to make them stop firing and rethink their position. but at least they will not get totaly nuked by ever ship salvo there is. if there are good players they can blind fire in the smoke. and will delete him either way. for a bb it wont mather that mutch but a cruiser or dd is dead. and considering your team will rarely spot for u annyways smoke is not so op for cruisers and dds as ppl think. this should primarely be a bb nerf not for the rest.

mye our team lemmingtrained to a .while your team went in position for b. i did not follow the bbs going around a to your spawn and went in at the end at our side when they came around to deal with u guys from the other side. still amazed you did not win with those potatos on our team tho. your team had descent positioning. But then again games where abysmall today :( -
they do not take skill into consideration tho. If there ar 2 gunboat dds batteling it out and they are of the same skill but 1 has 1 concealment dd extra or another gunboat dd then ofc the one with the extra dd wins. now u can not know the skill of the player.and balance that effectively. but why not equalize dds to just level the playing field. that at least leaves out the capping/spotting advantage. what the players do after in the game thats their buisness.if their total potatos or good players would still be the game changer but at least the playing field is leveled at start.

yes but you cant know that so the best thing to do is at least have the same ammount of dds in each team. its not even perfectly balanced then because it also depends if u have a dd with concealment or better torps or guns. but at least evening out the dds on each team will go a long way.

yup if u win u will get a x1.5 multiplier. on your battle u probably did a lot of damage to destroyers. as killing a full hp dd gives as mutch xp as killing a full hp BB. ul get more xp if ur the low tier ship killing a higher tier ship tho alto i dont know how that multiplies.

mostly because ppl are either pussy's and run at the first sight of a schnelboot. or they have suicidal issues and rush a cap to instantly die. they dont know of a middle ground.

met @gr0pah a couple of games ago in his hindenburg. me in my kurfurst. i went in aggresive hoping my allied kurfurst would flank them. but at the moment i could not turn out because of an island in my way he spotted a north carolina and turned tail and ran . then i heared my div m8 in a destroyer had mayor lag spikes so i gave up :X. meanwhile that kurfurst was one of the last to die. sailing from the a cap to the c cap and kept running towards the end of the map until he died. Got me pretty pissed as usual. GG on your side tho :) -
you dont want to angle nose in most of the time. try to keep the ship so the one shooting at u will have his shells come in at about a 45 degree angle at the hull. if the ships are shooting from afar tho it is probably plunging fire and it probably hits ur deck then. or they are shooting ur superstructure.

ahh that game was fun! ashame it lacked end game content at the start so my clan died :(. remember pvping on lvl 50 against low lvls because there where not enough high levels yet. so it was always me and a handfull of others destroying pvp.

ye i got suprised by a schors. and i HAD to turn away so i hoped he was a potato Ashame he was not tho and he citadeled me hard :(. still managed to survive with 2k hp while shooting at the bb advance. but everyone just died so fast . game wa over beforeit started.
