Their support system is complete crap... I got chat banned, suspectedly because someone called me an idiot to which i replied "no reason to call people idiots" they automated chatban system kicked in and gave me 9 days of chatban which is unacceptable. I write support to ask them what exactly caused this chatban and I get an automated message. ticket closed.
I wrote again that i find that reply unnacceptable and again I am met with the SAME automated message! Completely ignoring the GDPR data request!
Absurd customer support! At least its comforting that they can get fined 30k EUR for not giving me the information!
