So the captain skill rework has just rolled in on the Eu server today and I decided to take a look at all the new skills and potentially change my captain's setup.
And while looking at all the changed and new skills for my Cleveland I stumbled upon the changes made to inertia fuse. It will still increase the HE penetration of my shells 25% but now it will also decrease the base chance of setting fire by 50% which is pretty awful since playing the Cleveland you do loads of damge by setting fire. But also if I don't take inertia fuse I won't be able to penetrate most battleships with HE and also some cruisers.
So what's your advice? Shall I take inertia fuse or shall I leave it? Also sorry for my english.
