There was an announcement that KGV was mislabeled, and that she would be tier 8, and that Nelson would be tier 7. Also WG has not announced anything 'official' about any of this, it is all leaks. Apparently, at higher speeds the transom gives the effect of a longer hull than the ship really has, increasing efficiency. However at slower speeds, it creates creates suction, lowering efficiency.

No, they have to be tested and tweaked. Besides, what else are they going to release at a major gaming convention? More Russian premiums? As note WG still has not made an official announcement that the British Battleships are coming. Last year (on July 6th) they announced that the German Battleships were coming 'soon', and they were released at last year's Gamescon. So don't hold your breath. Think of it as a chance to build up a stock of port slots, credits, and free xp.

Yes, I noticed that too. Unfortunately, Lion was the planned name of that class BB. Looks like Lion (battlecruiser ) won't make it into the game unless they make a name change to BB. Of the two, the Battlecruiser is a better choice for the name. As for getting Battlecruisers into the game (British or German), it looks like they'll only come in as premium ships, more money that way. Both Lion and Hindenberg are SOL

It's hardly going to be OP. While it has the same guns as the Nikoli, it has 2" less armor (300mm for Nikoli vs 225 for October Revolution), and only half the guns are designed to face forward without exposing the ship. The only advantage it has over the Nikoli is 2 extra kts speed (23 kts) and much better AA.

All I seem to get are those worthless new 'upgrades'. If I had a choice I'd rather get a regular container than those. Also enough with the captain slots, I've got those out the wazoo, If I never got another I'd still have too many.

They already have the ship done. They have nothing to loose by offering her. After all Someone will want it.

In either case whether it's Royal Sovereign or October Revolution, a new model will have to be developed. I'm hoping for Royal Sovereign, because that means a better chance of Revenge class making it into the game as a British BB. Since Warspite's been in the game for a while, they could have the Revenge Class taking up the Tier 6 slot. On the other hand October Revolution will have a more limited reuse potential.

They are just finishing up a mission to get a free Mikasa and 6 point commander (ends May 27th), and their mission was easier than EU's. Mikasa isn't for sale there, so unless you already have one you had to do the mission before you could go after the cat. BTW the cat can be used on any Japanese ship.

They're just finishing up 2 Mikasa missions in ASIA. The first is to get a Mikasa and a 6 pt commander (till May 27th), and the second requires you to use a Mikasa to get a 6 pt Fat Cat commander (Isoroku) from High School Fleet for Mikasa (till June 9th). Unlike here the Mikasa is not Currently for sale there.

While I can see disagreement about some of the tiers I think 3 will be Dreadnought (WG always puts first dreadnought type bb at 3). 5 should be Iron duke ([if included] basically identical to New York, check stats). 6 probably Queen Elizabeth (though I could see Revenge class with Warspite premium representing QE class). I fully expect that both the British and Germans will have a separate Battlecruiser line (or WG will go for the gold and put them all out as premiums). If they weren't they should have had Derfflinger instead of Kaiser at tier 4, and used Kaiser as tier 3 premium.

Know what you mean between 3 servers, I've 'won' 4 supercontainers in the last week and ALL of them have been the new upgrades! Only thing worse is more captain slots. At least they can be sold for a bunch of credits (the new upgrades not the damn capt. slots). Make that 5 new upgrades, just got another. Nothing 'super' about them.

I use a lot of HE with Ishizuchi. Her 12" ap overpens most cruisers she faces (as well as dd's natch). As well the Ap penetration vs some of the German bb's leaves much to be desired. a good example of the 12" vs cruiser(s) can be seen in Jingles MIkasa video.

Oh, you think the only reason for going afk is on purpose as well. Well guess again. I went afk earlier today because the damn battle took 4 minutes to load and right after it finally loaded it kicked me back to the connect screen. By the time it loaded again the game was over. We all can't be as perfect as you and Hedgehog. If you don't like playing with pink or afk players then play something else. I know I've been pink a few times mostly by my mistake but occasionally because of RNGesus or dispersion sending an errant shell into someone.

I suspect (based on their choice of German Battleships), that Battlecruisers will be a sub-branch of Battleships.

I had a researched Mutsuki. When I logged it it gave me then removed Mutsuki (without leaving a port slot), and disappeared my Minekaze captain. It also researched Fubuki. The same thing happened on my NA account. The captain is hiding somewhere and will reappear When I buy Mutsuki. What I need is WG to do is return the Mutsuki and the port slot (my captain should come back at the same time). I could buy Mutsuki and have WG compensate me for the credits, but I don't have any port slots and don't want to spend doubloons as well as credits to fix their mistake. Update: When I logged in this morning, My Mutsuki captain had appeared in my reserve. So now I have the Captain but no ship or port slot.

I think your missions don't really effect me since I almost always play co-op. Though I notice WG doesn't mind taking my money.
