ship still in battle days after the battle ended

Yes, they still take up that slot and can't be dismissed. But we will get free reserve slots in the next few days, as compensation for every ARP captain earned in the past. ARP ships can't be sold. Only time you can get soem silver for them is if you earn a duplicate of an already exisiting ship.
-
But how will you react next year, when the next anime collaboration starts? The opt out for ARP is not selecting the Yokosuka port. The missions will disappear on first of january at the latest. If you really can't take tiny pictures of drawn female characters in after battle reports or in the mission screen you can always spend your time somewhere else. Your hatred towards that content and anyone who might like it is quite obvious. You might want to learn about tolerance a bit and let those who enjoy the show, ships, characters, whatever enjoy it if they want to. Your opinion is not the only one in the world that counts.

Mostly. She has slightly worse stealth, as she can't mount any camo. Guns, hitpoints, speed, ruddershift time, and all that stuff are exactly the same, including modules and modifications.
-
It is just a symptom. Once the server issues are fixed you should get it back.

Why do we have to make a bug fuss about that every single time? For nine months I have been here. Each event was the same. The EU team has to mess it up in some way. Yesterday I have switched to the US server because the european team just can't be bothered to think things through from the beginning and always seems to forget past critizism. It's a shame, really. Still... thank you for listening to your playerbase. For now I'll stay on the US server. I'll use the weekend to think about coming back to give you one last chance.

Thanks a lot. My offer to assist you with future Mikasa events still stands. I'll keep an eye on this forum to see if the WG-EU team come to their senses, so I'll notice any PM you'll send me. If necessary I'll make a temporary return. Until then I'll try to get a Mikasa on the US server and see if I can find like minded people over there. -
I have an important question: How long until all those questions are answered?

I'm sorry but I will leave this society. Wargamings mistreatement of the european player base has driven me away from this server. I wish you all the best. May there always be wind in your sails and water below your keel. -
There are several things wrong with those answers. The answer to the tier 9 requirement doesn't adress the fact that plenty of players are excluded, where on the other servers they can participate. What is even more important, it contradicts previous statements that the missions for global events are planned and adjusted to cater to the regional communities needs. This mission is catered purely to wargamings needs. Higher tiers are costly. You want to pressure players into spending money to convert FreeXP and to buy premium time. You completly ignore the communities wishes, that we expressed for the whole time that I am a part of it, and probably even before that. That is equal treatment for all servers. Nobody is questioning the 50 mission requirement as hard. It is irrelevant to the discussion. The second question doesn't answer why suddenly the Myokos are also with a higher tier need, as previously they could be earned with same tier ships. Please go back to whoever is responsible for that decision and make it clear to that person that he has driven at least one player away with his/her greed. Goodbye

Well... I did threaten to delete my account. But I have read up on the requierments for that and I'm not sure I can come up with all the informations necessary for the process, so it will just become not used. I wanted to free up my name in case someone else wants to take it if I no longer play. Not deleting the account also has the benefit that if WG-EU changes their behavior someday I can happily come back. As I never gave them money, only lots of my time to be content for the paying players, I can't threaten them to never pay them again. I wouldn't make such a stupid statement either. You'll never know what might come and a single player no longer paying wouldn't have much of an impact. And as I have seen players complaining here about the unfair treatment but happily jumping in to buy the Albert, I would feel stupid to be compared to them.
-
They can do whatever they want, it still doesn't make it right to discriminate one community over the others. And this mission is contradicting their previous statements that those missions are created catering to their specific audience. They want to force us into a specific behavior. And like good dogs plenty of players here happily jump through those hoops for a little treat, while right next to them the other dogs get the same for simply being able to sit.
-
For the time being they have encouraged me to not play at all with their disciminating behavior. That surely is in their best interest.
-
Would you still vote "yes" if wargamings goal is to get more "noobs" into your precious high tier games?
-
Only if I get the Captain and the voiceover along with it.

Are the ARP ships isdentical to the normal ships?
Egoleter replied to anonym_O8tf3somLU6N's topic in Battleships
They are identical copies. The ARP camo is not an actual camo. It is only a different look. It does ot provide any bonus whatsoever. ARP ships can exchange captains between them without retraining. That is the only advantage they have. -
Well... the spanish forum got a reply and it isn't what you'd expect. It is not to keep the scrubs from getting the Takao. No they want everyone who is interested in the ship to quickly tier up to have more players on those high tiers. It is not meant as an elitist reward, like so many regular high tier players seem to believe. It is an incentive for the scrubs to invade your playground.
-
It is in so far more accessible as the tier requirement is only tier 6+ for the Takao. More players can participate on this mission. They don't have missions for all the previously available ships. If the mission is easier or not, I wouldn't want to judge that. Players have different aspects of the game they find easy or hard.
-
I removed my vote. I stated repeatedly that my concern is not with the mission itself. So it would be hypocritical if I voted against it here out of anger. But that doesn't make it acceptable either, so I simply chose not to vote.
-
You will get a mail with a link where you can claim your reward(s) once the public test is over.
-
I wouldn't go that far. But I want at least a good explanation other then: "we want to force players into playing high tiers" that the spanish community got through Echiddna, which totally contradicts their "Currently these kind of events and the rewards are usually planned by staff in the various regions to cater to their specific audience." That would be what I expected form the start. That's for the most part how ARP missions have been handled on the EU server in the past.
-
While we still wait for MrConway to give us the promised reply in regards to our concerns, the spanish forum already got an answer to the missing rewards if you happen to have an ARP ship already. Apparently it is a bug (shouldn't they have fixed that one long ago?) and they are working on it. At least that's what I deciphered with the little spanish I am capable of.
-
Once more... It is not the conditions. I don't care about the conditions. I care about Wargaming having different standards for their various communites without any apparent reason. And if the post in the spanish forum is truely their stance on the matter, they are not creating those missions to cater to their specific audience like they so often proclaimed. Which makes them liers for telling us this to be the sole reason repeatedly in the past.
-
I mentioned all limitations for them that are in the game.
