The 125,000 damage part was easy. I guess that it is not that easy for everyone but it can be done with any T6+ ship in the game, as the mission demanded. Getting the two BB kills was the somewhat frustrating part. Either I didn't win the battle, or I reduced the BBs to low hitpoints with someone else taking the kills, or I didn't make it into the top two by XP. I also played only a few matches in a BB myself to not add to much to the currently to large BB population. For me that would have not been much more then a nice credit boost, as I already have the Ship, but it still it frustrates me as that is usually rather easy as well.

Two months without a reply. Not a single word to address it. As a reminder I quoted the post you wanted to answer once more, Mr Conway.

They are not ignorant of the date. The asia server already has the first Haifury event where you can earn a special captain. Nobody said that everyone would get those things at the same time. Remember how every server ran his own version of the ARP event, completly different from the others?
-
It is the 30th. All missions expire early in the morning of the given date, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Nowhere does it state: Until end of the day.

Discussion thread for "some interesting info around the world"
Egoleter replied to Deamon93's topic in General Discussion
Would you happen to have the complete statement or a link to a non-facebook version of that stream? -
Don't forget the also often used variation: "omg noob DD, spot"

One. And only for two days now. He was my very first captain and moved up, through all the ships in the line he was trained for, to tier 10.
-
It's not the number of DDs but the amount of support they get from the rest of their team. Get in with your DDs, kill the enemy DDs fast, instead of trading long range shots with enemy BBs, no more worry about their torps or them smoking the rest of their team. Instead the other team now has to worry about those things. Leave your DDs to fight for themself and you'll find yourself fighting alone too.
-
Sorry, but if your ARP collection isn't complete you'll never be able to get it whole. They are never coming back in any form as far as we know. Maybe if there is someday a second season to the anime and a new collaboration is agreed upon. But otherwise our chances are non-existent.

Which forum members have you seen in random battles?

What did you expect? That is the current playstyle of 90 % of the current BB and CA/CL WoWs population. Don't risk anything you might get shot at. I'm noticing it for myself that I am starting to hold back more then I did in the past, no matter the shipclass, because absolutly no one, except maybe for some DDs, is pushing with me. Everyone is afraid and runs for cover the moment a single shell is flying in the general direction of team green. As a DD you can't push because you get no support. If a CA/CL pushes it will die very fast due to the large numbers of BBs in each team. If a BB pushes, it will do so alone and because of that it will be torped and shot alone. But to stay on topic: I met Cpt_Cowper_Coles this morning. We were in the same team. We chatted a bit. I pushed for a cap in my Shima. Then I ran under concentrated fire. Then I pushed again. Then a few of my torps made short work of the enemy hitpoints and sank a few ships. We won. I didn't have the time to look what Cpt_Cowper_Coles was doing but it seems he was doing well enough as well. 'Nough said. -

Welcome, George. Make yourself comfortable. A steward will take care of your needs shortly. Any special reasons why you like the Averof so much (nice one btw)?- 102 replies

It depends on the tier. It's also not the issue here. It is advertised as general XP. Advertisment and actually delivered content are not the same. And it's not like it is a one time mistake either. WG-EU does that each and every single time. Deliberate false advertisment is, as far as I know, forbidden in most of the EU. We made them aware of the error several times and they refuse to correct it, repeating it every week, so apparently it is intentional.
-
When will WG-EU start to advertise their weekend missions correctly? The difference between the advertised general XP and the actual necessary base XP is massive. 25,000 base XP for a single port slot is a massive grind and a very bad joke.

She is somewhat temperamental. In the beginning she will let you down quite often until you learn how to handle her correctly. Once you get used to her she is one mighty fine ship.
-
You don't need a tier VI ship for that part. Tier IV is enough. I completed it in a Svietlana.

Da ich die Mission noch nicht abgeschlossen habe, verlasse ich mich bei der Summe auf das was andere Benutzer berichten. Über 3 Millionen würde ich mich natürlich auch mehr freuen.

Most people don't realize it, but the team that pushes harder on epicenter/Tears of Desert is usually the one that wins. Yet everyone keeps hiding behind islands or stays as far away from the cap zone as possible, except maybe for some brave but unsupported DDs. It is the same each and every time. If one team pushes ever so slightly on Epicenter / Tears of Desert, then it will win in at least 9 out of 10 matches. The team that pushes can kill of the enemy DDs faster. The team that pushes is giving their own DDs more freedom of movement and a bigger impact. Who are you, that you can decide to throw the match away for your other 11 teammates? Please leave the game completly and never come back if you can't stand to play one match, out of a dozen or so, that isn't to your liking. Don't hurt the enjoyment others might have.

Man bekommt darüber keine extra Meldung. Die Credits werden dem aktuellen Guthaben einfach zugeschrieben.

What Were Your Greatest Gaming Achievements Today ?
Egoleter replied to Hanszeehock's topic in General Discussion
Yesterday in the evening I decided to try out the Omaha once more. So far I only had bad games in her so she collected a few centimeters of dust. I might now consider to play her more often.
