They did not patch early. They patched at the same time they always patch. They didn't break any rules, so you should not insult their workforce for doing what they always do. You are the one who misunderstood something. You thought they would move their normal patch time, without them ever saying a single word that would hint at this. It is your misconception that caused you to fail. Wargaming is not at fault at all. You thought wrong and that's the only error that happened.

Looking at the main page right now: So there is that. Usually patches seem to happen for me between 7:00 and 9:00 am at UTC+2 (CEST) time. Website claims that this was the patch time. So if the servers stopped at that time, then everything was exactly as announced and the OP has no leg to base his accusation upon. Only if the servers stopped before that, would the campaign be cut short. The normal patch and maintenance times have been consistent so far.

You have to prevent the first three waves from entering your base zone. If you manage to do that, you'll get a Lexington as support, which is hunted by two very close cruisers (a Hipper and a Mogami) that you have to kill quickly to keep the carrier alive.

If I can calm them down, yes. If not, I'll start ignoring them. Someone who is interested in a discussion might be upset in the beginning (with all the bad behavior that comes with it), but with calm and proper arguments you can deescalate a situation or argument. If you attack them instead you are just escalating the situation, making it worse.

I don't think that it would be a good idea. It would once again promote a passive playstyle, which is already running rampant on most tiers. Cruisers would have an excuse not to move the frontline, as they would cover their sniping BBs for repairs. BBs would demand to be repaired so the can continue to snipe. Cruiser packs hiding behind islands and smoke would be harder to flush out as they can simply repair each other. DDs will be running from the frontline as soon as they are scratched (because low HP-pool, duh). I have seen low hitpoint ships being massive assets to their teams. Not because they were hiding, or because they were being ignored by the enemy, but because they started to play smart. Being where they were most needed, drawing fire while zigzagging like rabbits (uh... low HP target... let us all shoot it), or by looking for abandoned cap zones to cap.

I wonder how some users would even be able to participate in arguments if they wouldn't be able to look at other users stats. Stat shaming is attacking the user not the argument. It is an easy way out to make yourself look smart and to make the other look stupid without actually providing any insights. If you want to attack an argument, do it with facts and your own arguments, instead of attempting to discredit the user by using his stats against him. It's the argument that should matter. Stats are a user attribute not an argument attribute.

Read the patchnotes and you'll know where that second premium day actually came from.

It isn't. But at least they are now giving us the proper mission details on the website. They are no longer hiding the little word base.

The usual question: Do you have any mods installed and did you try to disable them?

Nothing. They already paid it during the campaign. All remaining duplicates after completing the collection were immediatly converted into 10k credits each. Each time after completing the collection that you got another duplicate you recieved 10k credits instead.

My Leander did very well but it was Kirishima (and a few friends of mine) who got me the five star result.

Why don't you start to play a second line to match the tier of your friends? That way you can play with them until they are getting to tier VIII and from there on onward grind the same tier. It's in your hands to work something out with your friends. Your suggestion would lead to abuse.

Quite honestly? Don't buy yourself a premium just yet. Play a few more ships, play the other ship classes to learn about them, and once you have found a line you are comfortable with look for a fitting premium. We might be able to give a solid advice by then. Right now, any advice we can give you might be the wrong one for your personal playstyle. If we give you advice about a premium ship of a tier you havn't played yet, you have no idea what you are getting into and might hamper your team.

First online game I quit was back in the days when most of them cost a monthly fee to participate. At one point I decided that I reached any goal I wanted to achieve, including organizing some server wide events, but that I didn't want to spend anymore money on it. The second game I quit because it changed to much and did no longer resemble the game I started to play and like at the beginning. The third game was a burn out. I liked it but I played it so much that I couldn't stand it anymore. Never touched it again. The fourth I stopped the moment I noticed that I started to plan my life in favor of the game. For the fifth my interested in it just slowly stopped. Now I am here. For how long? I don't know. I did take my lessons from those previous experiences. I'm now taking breaks, sometimes a few days, sometimes several weeks, and I'll always give my real life priority no matter what might happen to the game.

They do notice. And if you are fed up for a reason it is best to finish that one battle and to turn the game off for a while. There is absolutly no excuse for a single player to leave his team hanging. You are in absolute control of "not being a jerk" and no one can interfere or make you do it. Don't be a jerk.

You just shout and trample on other persons opinions in the hope to silence them and to redefine everything to your liking. That has nothing to do with communism. It is about respecting the owner and property of the house you are a guest of. If you come into my house, shouting nonsense, kicking my cat, and plundering my fridge, I will do whatever necessary to throw you out again and to repair the damage you have done. I'm openly critical of wargaming all to often. Insulting them and breaking their rules on their forums (repeatedly), are not the way I do it however. I am a bit more civilized then that and try to make proper arguments instead..

Would you please stop advertising general XP on the website when it is always base XP in the game? I don't know who is making a mistake there but this shouldn't take months to correct. It is false advertisement. Why should I petition to wargaming to legitimize your ill behavior? That's some wierd logic you are trying to apply there.

There is no censorship. Their house, their rules. No freedom of speech or any such things on private forums (and yes, those of wargaming count as private as well). For all that matters they can ban anyone one of us for whatever reason they like and at any time they like. If they don't like a post or topic they have every right to change it and we all essentially agreed to that when we started to use this platform. Edit: I would tell you the same on every other forum too. It is the same for all of them. Some might just opt to not use those rights. That doesn't meant that they wouldn't have them.

Whenever I get a special ingame offer that redirects me to the store, I am told that there is nothing waiting for me. A week or so ago I got the offer for a special package with some flags and when I clicked it it opened my broswer with a mesasage that the item/package/offer/whateverIcan'tremember doesn't exist. That now happend to me on at least three different occasions.

Clearly noticable. Been there, done that. It exists and good players can pull it off from time to time. If you are giving up because of a setback at the beginning you'll never be a good player though.
