I got the emerald quite recently, and I have hated her ever since I got her, she's got almost nothing to like about her...
I get deleted by every single type of ship without them putting in much effort at all, the torps are almost useless since you'll be dead once you get to use them (unless you set up your torp attack with smokes and everything)
When I got the Caledon, I found myself wrecking every single ship I encountered up to tier 4, and had the same experience with the Danae, I even got a 7-kill game once in my Danae because the enemies simply couldn't hit me, and I was just throwing torps left and right to every ship I encountered. (Yes, I killed plenty of BBs with these ships)
I had so much fun in the caledon and danae because you could yolo in them fairly easily, but in the Emerald you can't do such a thing, and when I try playing it stealthily, I get citadeled by every sort of shell that is thrown at me.
Oh well, I'll bear the grind and hope for the best on the Leander.
