What argument? I play midweek and see players wandering off on their own (not wondering). I also see lemming trains and players dying and blaming their team mates. You also see this... You know it, and everybody else knows it. So... Shush

This fascinates me. Surely the enemy team will also consist of 'normal' players like yourself and weekend warriors/kids also? So it wouldn't be 'unfair' in any way?

Why isn't it happening to me? If it's WG's fault, surely it would crash for me too? What action have you taken to eliminate your PC as the issue? Have you uninstalled the game, cleared all leftovers and cleaned the registry? Have you also updated all drivers and checked for conflicts on your end? I just got the Kraken in the pokeboat and made an enemy rage in chat No kidding!! He started capslocking about full HE loadouts and speed boosts. Then complained that people were taking it too serious and should just be having fun. I had great fun

This is it. Spot on. At the start of a game, I will state my intentions and ask if anybody wants to join me. I keep an eye on the minimap and watch how the battle is unfolding. Then I can adapt in timely fashion if I'm needed elsewhere. Some people need to be told what to do I suppose. It doesn't seem to be working out very well for them though? Huge difference between friendly ingame coms and 'orders'. Friendly communication always nets a win for me. And a far more pleasant gaming experience.

I started the game with the intention of not leaving a ship until I've become really effective in the battle. At the moment, I'm playing co-op in the Samson and Umikaze so I can have a positive impact if I take them out in PvP. I've started to escort larger ships, like the Saint Louis cruiser and Carolina battleship, with the intention of keeping them alive while also making my own kills. I'm finding the Umikaze a bit frustrating though, as every HE hit seems to take out steering and engine.

Thanks for the replies lads, I'm really enjoying myself and just got a days free premium for reaching level Ten. I'm messing about in Co-Op again, just to test out the Japanese Umikaze. It seems very brittle, particularly the rudder, but it's a good bit of fun so far. I just had a game where the guy in the Battleship started barking orders at me and a cruiser (or crouser, as he put it) as soon as the match started. I informed him that I was heading for A already on boost and would be dropping torps around that area at any ships that came around the island. He didn't seem to like that, so I ignored him and played on. Guess who finished bottom

Reminds me of those fools you see in (how shall I put it??), 'working class' (even though most of them have never worked) housing estates in Dublin. Voting Sinn Fein, spraying 'Brits Out' on a wall, while wearing a Liverpool Jersey and playing So Solid Crew on their ipods.
