I'm planning to buy Mighty MO but one of friend saying it got nerfed.Is this real? and what to do now?should i buy Mighty MO over Musashi?

My friend was AFK in a division for 1 hour and when he was back he can't leave that division or can't invite anyone/anyone can't join his division.He closed his game for 30min but nothing changed. He is stuck in that division. Hope someone know how to fix this problem. (Sorry for the bad English)

Today,after updating game to 0.6.14.1 I'm getting this problem every time when I start the game. Please I need help urgently

My game works fine now :) I just deleted preferences.xml from main game directory and from Wargaming Game Center I check and repaired the game.

Now I'm on Tier 4 German Battleship. If I complete Hunt for Bismarck event and achieve Bismarck,then can I go the Next tier?Or not?
