For new players there should be some tutorial missions that newbies need to pass if they want to play randoms. Like in first Assasinss Creed - there was a tutorial where you should pass women without making them shed the pots. Driving Swimming license for WoWs In training room you need to: - citadel other ships. - Understand the HP saturation. - HE vs AP - How to torp and not kill your own. - Spot mechanism And you cannot play random if you haven't fullfiled that tutorial. Tutorial should be not so hard and not that easy. And I think (while I'm quite optimist) that hit someone citadel in a battle is far more educational then text.
