You really need to add the Tier of the Pan-asia DD near their name, it's awfully hard to remember which one is at which tier. -
Hello, Can you explain what is the final "skill progression" that you want us to achieve in Tier 10 meta ? Especially in Battleships gameplay. In the first Tier I guess we learn to position correctly at the start of the battle because due to low speed of ships we can't redeploy easily. We learn to aim ships correctly. In the mid Tiers, the accuracy is better so I guess we learn to time our salvos waiting for BB broadsides to do a lot of damage and devastate them if possible. CV are more lethal so we learn to stay in group. But in the final Tier, all Battleships are immune or near immune to citadel damage, so we just rely on regular penetration. There seems to be a lower skill required in TX ships than in T7 or T8 ships where you learn to protect your citadel by angling your ship.

That was before the Iowa/Monty/Missouri citadel to be lowered. Try to do the same to a GK or a Conq, and post a video dealing more than 2 citadels on these ships pls. Funny enough, underwater citadels and turtleback armor are more vulnerable to long range shells, so in opposition to what you say, dealing citadels from 20km is easier vs these ships. But I do admit the poor Yamato is the only BB left with a "reachable" citadel :/

Yeah I think there's a translation error or a typo in the duration time. The ability to perma smoke should not be allowed. -
ST, Pan-Asian destroyers All of the upgradable destroyers had their smoke screens changed. The stats are now equal for all the tiers. Set up time - 40 seconds;... Active time - 60 seconds; Reload - 90 seconds for standard и 60 for premium equipment; Charges - 4 for standard and 5 for premium equipment. Decreased reload time lets these destroyer captains use the smoke screens to efficiently retreat in case of unsuccessful combat with an enemy destroyer. Also, there is a possibility to conceal one's ship while firing at the enemy. Hello, Can we have informations about IG size of ships (length, beam, draft), and compare them with other ships ? Or just have the possibility to place two ships side to side without a training room ?

Mouais le H4 est pas fameux fameux pour moi, j'ai assez vite arrêté de le jouer. En spam HE il est pas mal mais l'Hindenburg le surclasse d'un peu et a de meilleurs autres carac et le Moskva est pas trop loin derrière (et a une bien meilleure précision à longue portée...j'entends par là que les obus tombent trois secondes avant ceux du H4). En HE DPM brut il est dernier, c'est simple là dessus. Ses AP sont bonnes, un poil plus rapides que le Hindenburg mais un poil plus lentes que le Zao, et loin derrière le Moskva qui reste le roi là dessus. La pénétration est bonne mais vu son reload, pareil qu'en haut, il est avant-dernier en AP DPM juste devant le Zao, et encore parce que le Zao ne prend pas habituellement le module de reload pour privilégier la portée, mais vu le retrait du stealth fire...je me demande si je testerai pas le Zao en module reload... L'AA est moyenne, au niveau du Moskva à peu près. La dissimulation est médiocre, mais c'est normal chez les croiseurs ils sont trop puissant pour avoir une dissimu correcte kappa. Les torpilles ne sont ni bonnes à longue portée pour spammer une smoke ou faire un peu d'interdiction, ni en rush car trop peu nombreuses, trop lentes et pas trop de dégâts, bref... Pas de consommables utiles... Le seul point "fort" est la vitesse, et franchement un point fort utile que pour esquiver à longue portée ça me fait doucement marrer, limite l'avion est plus utile pour détecter des navires derrière les îles. Je n'ai jamais eu à me dire "vite il me faut 44 nœuds pour me repositionner pour sauver la game !" et honnêtement, vu les cartes en haut tier et l'habitude en croiseur qu'on a de se positionner naturellement, ça fait pas la différence. Les seules fois où je l'utilise c'est quand on se rend compte en début de partie que les rouges font un lemming train de l'autre côté de la map et tu veux les rejoindre, mais arriver 1m plus tard n'aurait de toute façon rien changé vu qu'on a déjà une très bonne portée.

Intéressant comme stats mais j'aurais bien voulu savoir le temps moyen pour couler un des dits cuirassés, parce que le heal monstrueux du Conq aide pas mal quand même, je pense que si tu fais les stats de la quantité de dégâts soignables par tous les cuirassés, étant donné que les UK ne se prennent quasi pas de cita et heal 60% des pen normales au lieu de 50% chez les autres, couler un Conq doit être assez long.

Mouais, demander à WG de faire un truc bien, c'est pas gagné, suffit de voir le yoyo en terme d'équilibrage avec les dernières sorties entre les croiseurs FR qui sont meh et les cuirassés RN qui sont outch... Le seul gimmick français qu'on a c'est le speed boost, il y a des chances que ce soit gardé sur les futurs BB même si c'est pas la plus utile des carac. -
Yep :) ATM i'm at the Lion and I enjoy it, but i'm a cruiser player so RN BBs are not a new playstyle for me :) I don't defend RN BBs I think their playstyle is wrong, but the best way to show this to WG is to play them at their full potential right now to smash the stats.

Torpedoes deal less damage to BB due to torpedo belt, and more damage on cruisers. If the torpboats have low dmg output compared to BBs it's because there are far less torpedo hits (~10% all among the DD of all tiers) than Main Battery hits of BBs (~25%). Survivability of BB is also greater, so they have more time to deal damage (and can deal damage sooner into the game). So yeah, the point of our arguments is that DD in general can't dish out a lot of damage. (but, to get on topic, I still think comparing ships in their own class is mandatory to sort out a "over performing" ship).

I don't even see the point of comparing stats with ships that are not the same class... Comparing ships that have similar gameplay/targets is the basic statement for me... But maybe that's why WG don't nerf some ships = "Look, even the Gneisenau has more dmg output than the Saipan, so the Saipan is not OP".

Ouais, le Giulo est joli et ses stats semblent bonnes, mais je suis beaucoup moins pigeon qu'avant, donc on verra à quel prix il est :-s

Ils peuvent faire comme le Mutsu et le Nagato. Dunkerque au T6 et Stras en T7 mieux blindé et meilleure artillerie.

Je trouve sympa l'idée du conso DamaCon avec charges limitées et reload bref. En gros si tu éteins un incendies et que tu te prends une torpille derrière, tu subis beaucoup moins l'inondation. Mais oui faut pas en abuser ^^ Je suppose que 4-5 doit être le nombre moyen d'utilisation du DamaCon sur les cuirassés partout ailleurs si WG a décidé de mettre ce nombre, donc ça doit passer dans la plupart des cas.

This difference only seems to affect the Conqueror, there are some difference in numbers with other ships but not with that huge margin. exemple H4 : WOWS numbers : 90k battles Warships today : 81k battles Grozovoi : WOWS numbers : 73k battles Warships today : 65k battles And so on with other ships, so a 10% difference most of the times.

Hello, Along with ships statistics (damage dealed, taken, etc...) and players and testers feedback, do you monitor how often ships are played and is that a factor in decision to buff them if they're not a lot played ? Take the Henry 4 and Grozovoi for exemple, only 9k battles played the last two weeks, approx half battles played less than the next in the chart (Khaba with 15k battles played the last 2 weeks). Hello, With the Conqueror right now, I Wonder what is the point playing cruisers anymore ? I recently read the Q&A on reddit with @Sub_Octavian saying that his favorite ship is the Henry 4, but the Conqueror is : - Stealthier (11 km as opposed to 13 IF the H4 takes the concealement module, I play the steering gears mod 3 to try to evade shells...) - More tanky and can heal 50% of damage taken with his repair party, citadel invulnerable - More HE DPM and more HE penetration - More Fires per minutes - Shells have better ballistics (faster travel time) - More AP damage on cruisers due to shorter fuse (less pénétrations and usual citadels on cruisers Don't tell me that the speed is an advantage, for a DD maybe to cap faster but the H4 can't cap with his concealement. And if the point of speed is just to flee... The cruiser accuracy sure is better than battleships, but at approx 15km this has no influence on the outcome of a fight. Cruisers are hard counter to nobody (DD can delete any ships with torpedoes, BB with their AP, CV with a good strike). Cruisers are only here for "sustained DPS" but the only sustained DPS available is Fire, 100% healable, and you have to inflict a lot of fires to a target to destroy it. A BB can easily spec for Fire Prevention and Damage control mod 2 + flags to mitigate fire damage (and sometimes even Basic of Survavibility). Sure a BB captain can spec on other things but AFT and BFT are not required due to the lack of CV in game (and I don't even speak about Clan battles...), only 1 branch of BB can effectively spec into secondaries build. Whereas there's only 1 skill to increase the fire chance and 2 flags, one of them increasing your detonatio chance... And of course no skill to mitigate AP damage a cruiser can receive.

For what I understood, this is not true, the stat that was increased is the MAX DISPERSION of shells Inside the elipse, we know nothing about the Horizontal or Vertical max dispersion, if they changed them or not. EDIT : corrected, I messed up the caracteristics in my head. (But yeah with those values the ship is pretty poor).
