No, it's the same level as "There is a spreadsheet on your computer and you talk about it without even looking at it". You're a free man. You make your own choices, but if you deliberately skip an experience, you are not qualified to give your expertise about it. And why you say "WE can expect"? You already need to play to the audience? Someone anti-social who can't be bothered with other people and tries to relabel social life as people taking advantage of each other, cause he can't even empathize about the joy of company? Don't trigger me to stouc on that subject and just admit that again, if you don't do divisions, you have no competence to talk about them. Thousands of people playing potato divisions every day, even hurting their stats doing so, because company is more important to them, than being able to rush from battle to battle after you have thrown away your ship.

A lot of whining with very little fact and mostly opinion. Not really worth discussing at this point with a player who has played neither T11 nor subs and only a handful of battles in CVs. This is like a nun giving an expertise about sexual intercourse. Let me guess: Since you mostly play solo, the next big problem you see are divisions.

is there a possible way to overcome the 21 Skill Points limitation?
HMS_Kilinowski replied to tonschk's topic in General Discussion
No. -
It's still 75 steel. Better than nothing. And once you got the Azuma, that's it. You'll only need the FXP bonusses for regrinds. So you might as well use them now on both ships and speed up the 1M safety a bit.

No, steel for Azuma. So he should get Hayate for a certificate and then Azuma for steel.

How are your habits nowadays regarding expenditure of Economic Bonuses and Signal Flags in battles (especially after the separation of Cammos and Bonuses)?
HMS_Kilinowski replied to Leo_Apollo11's topic in General Discussion
FYI, I just did my usual inventory-taking. This is over a period of 6 weeks after the bonusses of the anniversary event and mostly in accordance with the general tendencies, I observe since the change of the economic system. My results indicate the following: Credits: We get way more of the grey credits bonusses and way less of the green bonusses than I typically use. This is typical for my all-or-nothing calculus. I do a lot of T9 battles on premium ships and boost credits with lots of green bonusses. I hardly use the grey ones. In total the number of bonusses has increased, but this is driven by grey bonusses. XP: A similar picture occurs. Grey and blue bonusses increased in number, while green ones deplete. This is due to rather constrained regrinding efforts. New players will see XP bonusses going down fast. Regrinders should use the blue bonusses for unlocking all modules, then switch to green bonusses. Grey bonusses should be used on low tiers and ships that are deemed fun to play. The total number seems to be constant for veterans, while new players will see a massive shortage of XP-bonusses, compared to their subjective needs. CXP: This ressource sees a massive depletion across the board. We definitely don't get as many CXP-bonusses as we typically need. This is a phenomenon even for most veteran players, but even more so for newbs. FXP: Again I see a massive decrease of stockpile. Clan Battle players likely will have lost a lot of green and blue bonusses. I'd recommend using mostly grey ones for random battles, with a few green ones on selected high baseXP-ships Conclusion for me and possibly you: Use more grey credits bonusses and less green ones, use blue ones only on lucrative game modes. Use more grey XP bonusses on low tier grinds and switch to green bonusses only at T8 and T9. Use blue CXP bonusses only to overcome stock and weak ships. Don't use them at all on elited and premium ships. Use CXP more carefully. Use green bonusses only for Elite CXP on T8+ and to train commanders for your favorite silver ships. Use FXP more carefully. Don't skip regrinds and modules that you can grind without inconvenience. The results are ofc highly subjective, as my usage of bonusses differs from yours. But since I am mostly done with grinds and my focus lies on regrinds, it is somewhat representative of most veteran players who invest in premium account and are above average in results, while not spending money on lootboxes and thus not getting bonusses as by-catch. Feel free to share you stock of bonusses. -
I would buy the Hayate now for the extra Christmas Token. If you can, you should unlock the Azuma within this update for the steel. Hayate is a bit meh, since it has insufficient concealment or firepower. Azuma is a budget Yoshino, which is a good thing. For the essentials of Yoshino you get better MM and a guaranteed T9-mirror, plus the better credits muliplier. It's one of my ships for when I get tired and don't want to think a lot.

cv und submarine... von haus aus minus karma?
HMS_Kilinowski replied to Bommel_Daddy's topic in Allgemeine Diskussionen

HMS_Kilinowski replied to Bommel_Daddy's topic in Allgemeine Diskussionen
FYI It is possible to get a tech tree supership and multiple T10s in 7 days of absolute noobing from scratch
HMS_Kilinowski replied to Port_Authority's topic in General Discussion
Wouldn't that solve all of WG's problems, I mean with making money and veterans complaining? Instead of trying to prevent people selling or leveling accounts for money, WG could just sell accounts themselves. The pleb whales don't want to play the game anyway. They just want a port full of rare ships and good stats. So WG could just generate accounts with arbitrary data entries and a predefined collection of ships. They call it the year 1/ 2 / 3 / 4 / 5 / 6 / 7 season-pass and you get the silver-lines of that year elited plus all premium ships that came out. Then you pay a surcharge for the desired winrate and number of battles. You give your credit card number ... et voilà ... you are now a super-unicum with 20k battles played, old Missouri, Belfast, all the stuff in port for just 10000€ 8000€ (-20%). Now don't touch that account! Any action on your behalf will just kill your stats. Make screenshots. Call others noobs. Don't ever start playing the game. It would save us the trouble of tolerating bot programs and players that play like such and WG would earn even more than with all that early-access and lootbox rip-off. After all, mind you, WG is not pay2win, but has always claimed to be pay2shortcut. And what better shortcut could there be than just cutting short on 7 years of playing the game, saving plebs thousands of hours of play time? So many people have stressed over the years that WG is a capitalist enterprise, not charity, and is entitled to do what they want. So everything has a price, right? It's the essence of capitalism. Why not sell the whole lot? Just go to work and earn money, so you don't have to work through inconvenient dockyard events in the evening. Bragging-rights for money. Isn't that why people buy sportscars, a Rolex or become president? The account up there that started this topic is basically that, just the much smaller budget version. -

Very unique indeed. With the acceleration/deceleration of post-nerf Henri, which helps so much maneuvering in smoke and dodging torps, and 8km concealment when firing in smoke, which is about 2-3km more than any decent smoke cruiser would need. It's best use is for preventing involuntary defecation by inserting it into the anus. It shouldn't be rare but be sold in pharmacies.

Personally, I am not delighted with Dockyard ships being declared "rare". The reason why many poepl don't have them in port is that most of them were unappealing even at the comparatively low dockyard price. I skipped Hizen, Marlboro, Puerto Rico and De Seven Provincien. In hindsight I wish I had skipped Anchorage and I could life without regret if I didn't get the Odin, ZF-6 and Schröder. None of these ships has anything rare about it. The reason they are not available for purchae in doubloons is utterly arbitrary, maybe to give its owners a false sentiment of rarity. Rare ships are supposed to shine in quality, which none of these ships does. WG just classified those ships as rare, so they can deny the dearly paying customers any of the ships they gamble for, so they come back next year and try again. Oh boy, what a casino, clothed as a ship game, this operation has become. Please don't touch my prey. We all prey on the weak feeling strong and secure behind their armor and HP-pool.

I have 97 premium ships, 24 T10 special ships and 247 silver and early-access ship. So 368 ships in total. I started playing seriously in 2018.

The point @KillStealBoss is trying to make is that you don't need to spend any money on a second historic camo, because the hubba bubba camo you got can be turned into looking like a regular historic camo, just by checking a box. Unless you care about what your camo looks to otehr people than yourself, that solves your problem.

How are your habits nowadays regarding expenditure of Economic Bonuses and Signal Flags in battles (especially after the separation of Cammos and Bonuses)?
HMS_Kilinowski replied to Leo_Apollo11's topic in General Discussion
Ofc I use it. You see us, the mortal players, we don't drown in green and blue bonusses as much as the players who buy loot boxes and lots of premium content. Even fpr grinds and regrinds there are ships that you do not want to skip, but at least elite faster, and then there are ships that you want to play a bit longer. Right now the grind of submarines is way faster than the actual learning process. So I take it slow and use the grey bonusses. Also, I am picking ships quite quickly these days. But events, like e.g. 200% weekends, used to change the situation in the past. Those 200% used to stack with CXP/FXP. Inthe past wouldn't mount all sorts of economic signals on a T8 ship in a Random Battle. But with 200% bonus, now Spring Sky camo and dragon signals make sense. Ofc then you pick the ship a week later and it still has the rare signals, while now you are back at 50% for the daily win. So ofc you remove them, which slightly increases the time to ready up for battle. -
Could we get an Option to Auto Deny Clan Invites ?
HMS_Kilinowski replied to Sunleader's topic in General Discussion
I think you wanted to say that you feel you as a person are associated with the quality of the product and general reputation of the company that you are advertising. A negative association causes you discomfort that is not easily compensated by money. In extreme cases, a company's reputation can be so low, that your social life would suffer. Certainly 20€ would be too little and, since you mentioned it, I can only assume that 500€ would not be enough for you either. Right now i wouldn't drive around with a Gazprom logo even for 50.000€. You were using that comparison to express that most clans in your opinion have such a low standing that you don't feel their clan benefits can compensate for the loss in reputation. Please correct me if I got it wrong. This reminds me of the so called Society Experts on TV, speculating why a member of a royal family blew their nose. -
So now you want Kronshtadt nerfed. But in January 2019 you wanted improved pen angles and better dispersion for the Kronshtadt. You didn't just want these buffs, you were so convinced of this necessity that you created a thread about it: And now you want the Kronshtadt nerfed and again you don't just have an opinion, but you are so convinced of this demand, that again you need to create a thread about it, requiring a headline with three exclamation marks. So the Kronshtadt back in 2019, when it still had shorter fire duration and all the survivability skills of BBs, needed a buff in your opinion. And the Kronshtadt now, with the fire duration of a BC, no more Fire Prevention and the frequent possibility of being bottom tier in a T11-game, suddenly needs a nerf. That is quite a change of opinion, that you went through. You really should see somebody.

HMS_Kilinowski replied to Sunleader's topic in General Discussion
Please. I know what you meant and you knew that I know what you meant. I don't wear my clan tag on my collar, car or even a mouse pad. How many people, whose opinion is important to you, know what clan you are in and would judge you based on a clan tag? I was just making a suggestion. Do as you please. -
Could we get an Option to Auto Deny Clan Invites ?
HMS_Kilinowski replied to Sunleader's topic in General Discussion
20€ sounds very little money for being mocked by acquaintances. But in your case, would you say the free 5% bonusses on almost all ressources in the game are so little and the humiliation of having some no-name clan tag is disproportionate? At some point you hid your stats to presumably get less attention to your skills. Combine that with a grey clan tag and you got the perfect cover. -
Could we get an Option to Auto Deny Clan Invites ?
HMS_Kilinowski replied to Sunleader's topic in General Discussion
Aren't there numerous clans out there with a pure "just for the bonusses, no commitment"-policy. Looks like a win-win-situation to me. No need to participate in any clan life, cause there is none. No cost. Free bonusses. No more clan invites. Or are there any unknown merits of not having a clan tag? -
The new ships can be nerfed because WG has explicitly reserved the right wo nerf those ships in the product description. Since Wargaming is selling lootboxes for real money whose big prices they explicitly advertise above everything else, e.g. Musashi, Missouri, Belfast, Kutuzov, Kamikaze, Guilio Cesare, Kronshtadt et al., they cannot devaluate those big prices without massively decreasing the value of their lootboxes retroactively. It would be a scam to incentivize people to spend a lot of money to get very valuable drops, and then kill the value of these drops. So, no they can't nerf those ships. WG also know they can't nerf those ships. They confirmed that by separating the Missouri credit multiplier from the ship, so they could nerf the credit multiplier for new owners. If they were legally entitled to nerf the Missouri, they would not have needed to come up with such a complicated solution but could simply have nerfed the credit multiplier for all owners, including the owners who got it for FXP. FXP is also a ressource that can be converted using real money, which is why consumer rights apply to Missouri.

How are your habits nowadays regarding expenditure of Economic Bonuses and Signal Flags in battles (especially after the separation of Cammos and Bonuses)?
HMS_Kilinowski replied to Leo_Apollo11's topic in General Discussion
First of all I should mention I'm a very sick individual, that keeps record of my stock of bonusses and signals over time. So I see what stuff I get more than I use and what depletes over time. I adapt my usage to that. Economic Bonusses: XP: I use the XP bonus only on grinds and recently mostly on regrinds. Usually I save some FXP, if I can afford a stock battle and use the blue XP bonus to get as much XP as possible to unlock B-hull or whatever module is most important. I know, I'm cheap. After the ship is fully equipped, I switch to green XP bonusses, if I want to elite it quickly. If I like playing the ship and have time, I use the grey XP bonus. CXP: Depends a lot on the prospective baseXP earnings. On T1-T5 mostly none. At T6-7 maybe grey ones. On T8-T10 green ones. It depends a lot on the ship. I use the green ones more if the commander is maxxed and generates ECXP. I also use green ones to promote commanders of frequent regrind lines. They are among my most played ships, so maxxing their commanders makes a lot of sense. The blue bonusses have been given out by WG rather restrictively. So I only use them if all stars align, i.e. a game mode that yields high baseXP and a ship that can carry and generate good baseXP. A typical situation is early Clan Battles, when you still get weak enemies and havea high winrate. FXP: Similar to my CXP-policy. Just since it is a general ressource and not specific to a ship, it all depends on the prospective baseXP earnings. So higher bonusses on higher tiers, better ships and better game modes. Credits: Again pretty much equal to my FXP-policy. I mostly use them on high tier premium ships. The blue ones on good T9 premium ships in game modestaht see high credit base earning. The green ones in T9 premium ships in Randoms. The grey ones on lower premium ships and T10-special ships. Signal Flags: I use them rather minimalistic lately. My usage is mostly based on how quickly I earn the signals back. Since I don't spend money on lootboxes, but only buy ships directly, I usually get less by-catch. Usually I don't use any signals below T7. I use detonation flags on T8-DDs and above. I use secondary range flags on all secondary specced ships. I use speed flags on very slow ships or ships that depend on speed (e.g. open-water gunboats) I use fire signals on DDs with IFHE (i.e. IJN gunboats) I use flooding signals on BBs with low torpedo protection. I don't bother going beyond Bronze League in Ranked, so I don't need signals there. I use a full set of signals in Clan Battles. If they still ere as popular as i nthe past, I would run out of signals easily. Since WG doesn't bother with CBs anymore, I usually don't end up playing more than a couple dozen CBs. So I only lose a couple dozen sets. All in all my sentiment is that we get less signal flags now, so I need to use them more thoughtful. Just as Wargaming has demoted all tiers one step down by introducing a new tier on top, we imo need to change our mindset to apply different rules. I might stop using detonation flags at T8 if they keep coming so slowly.
