Why is there people mad about this game mode, its for fun, rock paper scissors, the reward is 10K coal (=1K steel) and 100K elite exp. You get that playing regular ranked on clan battles for a few hours. Nobody is forcing you to play 1v1 ranked, it's there for those who like it. I personally don't like it so I don't play it, my brain can't even process why I should be mad about a temporary and entirely optional for-fun game mode existing.

Yes, Germans tend to chase to get their torpedoes off and make their secondaries work, make them chase you, the ship that does the chasing is always at a disadvantage. Dont even need Massachusetts, North Carolina beats the Germans too if NC is being chased.

Its not supposed to be balanced, I spawned baltimore against vladivostok and knew I was dead, I spawned lightning against north carolina and knew he was dead. Its a rock paper scissor mode, if you dont like it, dont play it, 10K coal is 1K steel, you do that playing one session of normal ranked or clan battles. Its a for fun mode with a small reward if you like it

1v1 is rock paper scissors. Bring a BB, hope you dont face a DD. Bring a radar cruiser, hope you dont face a BB. Bring a radar cruiser, hope you dont face a BB etc. 1v1 is not balanced because it cant be, its just for fun.

Played it a couple times, glad to see the maps are so small it's not going to be CVs taking a dump on everyone. I'm skipping though, don't have a T8 ship suitable for it, getting 55 wins would take me too long. 10K coal is 1K steel, I get that and way more than 100K elite xp playing any other game mode for an evening.

Not saying they weren't fun, they were just never any good. If AI controlled guns going pew pew is fun, the rework didn't change that.

Looks like the maps really are too small for CVs to take a massive dump on everyone. Getting really lucky so far Play lightning, face radar edinburgh 3 times (Who plays that?) Play baltimore, face vladistok 3 times Next, play north carolina, i'll face destroyers

Co-op, a how-to guide : -Play it 3 times a year to do silly missions -Play it with a fast ship that has fast-reloading torpedoes so you can yolo all the bots before the other DDs can. -Stare at the battleship in wonder and amazement as he is there unironically playing the game mode without shooting anything because everything is dead in 180 seconds. -Repeat until silly missions are finished

Good, then perhaps, unlike the previous 1v1, surface ships won't be vermin underclass. Looking forward to it

You'll beat plenty, just no well played ones, not possible, not even theoretically possible.

Secondary builds can't be obsolete because they were never good, even germans and american premiums. Germans got a 25% accuracy buff baked in with the rework for those who insist.

It sits behind an island in the corner of the map and you're dead before you get anywhere close, what do you think is going to happen 1v1. Best case scenario you have "good AA" and you get kinda close but he can anticipate this by sailing away, so you chase him desperately trying to get close enough to shoot as he continues killing you. A well played CV can't lose a 1v1 (unless maps are tiny)

1v1 is only mixed with other classes for about 3 days, that's how long it takes for everyone to "find out" you can't 1v1 a class you can't see or shoot while it beats you to death.

Every warships match I have ever participated in : -Our DDs died, we lost, lets turn around and start kiting to at least farm some damage while we lose. -The enemy DDs died, we won, lets push hard to get some damage done before the game ends. I don't see a difference between tier 6 or tier 10.

In the late 2019 1v1 ranked CVs did win every time, it took a few days for the entire game mode to be nothing but CVs fighting eachother

This has been explained thousands of times over the years, there's easy missions you can repeat. Doing it that way will be much faster for most. Missions like "Be 1st on your team, get 2 heroic achievements and 3 kills" or something gives a bunch of stars but if you can't do it, you're much better off repeating the 1 star missions. This is all about know thyself

You're the hidden stats kremlin in that line-up so it's a safe bet your stats aren't great either. Below average players are making it very hard for themselves to rank out because they pick top tier BBs or -even worse- top tier DDs. If you are below average and you know you are below average, make yourself bottom tier in a cruiser and play a supportive role. This drastically increases your winrate in ranked because 1) You just made yourself less important 2) You forced someone on the enemy team into a bottom tier cruiser 3) If you're doing it a long duration bottom tier radar cruiser, you can ram yourself into a rock early and provide 40 seconds of radar so your DDs can win their fight Maybe you are one of 10 good players on the server with hidden stats, it's very unlikely. Below average players do better if they acknowledge they can't carry and play support roles in support ships intead.

I enjoyed epoch, did it in the first few days months ago and yes, you get two permanent T9 permanent camouflages for doing the entire thing.

I made artwork of bronze ranked. Potato hell - By NikolayKuznetsov It gets a lot better in silver, you have the occasional potato who spammed 1.000-1.500 games to fail his way there. How fast you get out of bronze depends on how good you are and tactics. A solid tactic is make yourself bottom tier. When a good player makes himself bottom tier, he is more likely to save his star on a loss. When a bad player makes himself bottom tier (cruiser!) he makes sure the enemy team also has a bottom tier cruiser, this helps his team before he even spawns. There's also ships like Alaska that help a lot in silver because you meme the enemy team into having actual T9 cruisers like neptunes and ibukis.

Ah yes, my bad. Anyway, point was, both pommern and tirpitz are so much better than odin its not even funny, OP should not be sad if he cant get Odin, he is not missing out on anything.

Dont think anyone knows, the only dockyard ship that remained available so far was pommern afaik, the others appear to be a one-time-thing. That said, most dockyard ships so far have been average, with Odin likely the worst one and pommern the best. Why not get pommern instead? Same style, same nation, much tankier, better matchmaking, better credit earner. It is not meta but it is good at what it does, odin is not meta and not good at what it does. If you want T8, Tirpitz is also way better than Odin

If they did this, the price for future free xp premiums would go up accordingly. It's like the government printing money and handing it out to solve problems, it doesn't, price of stuff goes up.
