OK so when, mathematically, according to you, do stats become statistically relevant? You played Z-44 almost one thousand times and your team has in excess of a 2/3 chance of losing because they were unfortunate you spawned on their team. You are 1/12th or 8% of the team, and yet, somehow, you being on that team curses them to the point where they have less than 1/3 chance of winning. That's impressively bad, it's so bad you're a statistical anomaly. Your damage record at T11 is lower than mine in T3 Your damage record at every tier is lower than the average of everyone who made fun of you I know your "rules" say that dismissing the opinion of someone who is bad at the game is a "human rights violation" but here I am violating human rights : You suck, you are worse than a bot, literally, wargaming coded the AI to be significantly better at the game than you, your opinions, all of them, are invalid.

Normally people would get warnings for piling on like this but the things this specimen is saying are so dumb, everyone will get a pass for once. There's no way you get banned for laughing at someone who compares reporting submarines to things like Holodomor, Khmer Rouge, the Holocaust and the Rwandan genocide Surely mods will see ok this stuff is so dumb people get a pass for laughing at it

How is reporting submarines and genocide even remotely the same thing lmao

Reporting submarines in world of warships is not a human rights violation according to the united nations, the things you say are so dumb I do not understand how you even breathe autonomously

I just want to point out that someone has to clean up this conversation eventually, can we have a moment of silence for whichever volunteer has to read 10 pages of his drivel -& filter out replies of people laughing at him.

I don't know what any of that means, I think this conversation isn't going anywhere because everyone else only has one copy of their chromosome, you appear to have more than one copy. Normally I would just join everyone else and laugh at you, but, according to your rules, laughing at bad warships players who say stupid things is a human rights violation (article 1 and 10) I don't want to face the International Criminal Court for making fun of you

False, players like you get +1 all the time because you give someone on the enemy team a thoroughly enjoyable and entirely free devastating strike, you just dont notice the +1 you got from the enemy team because someone on your team gave you a -1

06:40 "You have nothing in front of you to detect the enemy Yamagiri through surface detection, or to detect the enemy balao through ... maybe, someone climbing on top of him, or something" Game developer explaining how to counter this class : "I don't know, maybe, someone, climbing on top of him, or something" He's right about how the BB didn't have to get in this position but his suggestion that submarines can be countered "by someone, climbing on top of them, maybe" is hilarious. It's also not even true, you need someone to climb on top of it and have hydro lol

Yes, torpedo belts with 100% damage reduction make sense, but to offset this balance change, their air detectability range will be increased by 0.1km
  13. Cracked 60% solo and 2K PR for the first time over a reasonably large sample size, feel like it can go a little higher still if I stop grinding and just play the ships I like.

How do you use radio location

It tells me in which direction I should speedboost my kitakaze to give the enemy Yugumo a 2 minute game when all he really wanted was spam wide-spreads from the 1-line for 20 mins. Also RPF adds to your damage output, because your guns are pointed the right way at all times, it actually adds more to your damage output than the pepega 5% reload skill. Combine it with fearless brawler to make sure torpedo-demons never have a 3 minute game, 2 minutes max.

How do you use radio location

I only use it on gunboat lolibotes to hunt torpedo lolibotes, you dont really need it on a cruiser, even a radar cruiser. Although cruisers are typically the cheapest class for points so if you want to try, no harm done. The alternative is AA skills, which are entirely placebo/cope anyway.

Both CVs died to submarines early this game, do you know what this means bros
  19. This is far worse, with planes you get a break to reposition while he cycling planes, you get a break while you're smoked up and while "just dodge" is a meme, you can in fact dodge to mitigate a good chunk of the damage CVs do to a DD. I don't know what exactly WG did in the year I was gone, but I feel like CVs blapping DDs for 12K ad nauseum happens less, I can dodge more effectively. Against submarines, there are no breaks, none, never, you are permanently spotted. And you can't "just dodge" torpedoes launched at you from 1km, there is no time to respond. Just like with CVs it feels bad because there is no way to retaliate, you never get to see the player crushing you, but with submarines, there is also no way to get a break from being spotted or even mitigate the damage it does to you. Unicum submarines just pick a destroyer, permanently spot and kill him, there are 0 things the destroyer can do about it, not even in theory.
  20. Can always rely on el2 to demonstrate things that aren't intended. The destroyers are desperately trying to get away from him so they can have the concealment required to play the videogame in those ships (spoiler, it's impossible) He surfaces at 1km and oneshots all of them. What happens after is irrelevant, he's just farming damage, the team without destroyers loses. Enemy team never had destroyers, they were permanently spotted and oneshot. The problem with submarines is in essence the same as CVs but worse, if played by unicums they permanently spot and oneshot destroyers, this time though "just dodge" isn't a thing and the destroyers don't get a break while plane squadrons are cycled. You can't dodge something that's keeping you lit, you don't know where it is, there is no game mechanic to find it or do damage to it, and it pops up at point-blank range without time to react. If played by a normal person they're annoying, probably even underpowered as they can't deal much damage, if played by unicums though, they are god, they win, you can't do anything.
  21. Their damage output and the oneshot-shotgun nonsense is not the real reason they hit 90% WR, it's them being able to permanently spot everything, even stuff that's supposed to hide, without risk, can't radar them, you can't rush them, can't plane-spot them, can't even hydro them unless you ask them nicely to come to you and sit still directly under your ship. Submarines in their current state could hit 90%WR if you took away their torpedoes. All they need to do to win is keep ships that are supposed to hide permanently spotted. Popping up at 2km and oneshotting everything including destroyers is cringe, but the real cringe is the fact that this new class of ships made concealment a thing that doesn't exist anymore, concealment mechanic is a relic of the past. So much so that I expect builds with concealment-expert to be considered potato in the near future, why bother with concealment expert if something invisible is 4km away from you, keeping you spotted for 20 minutes. After 10 minutes of being perma-spotted in a ship that's supposed to use concealment to play the videogame, you yolo in and die, just so you can get into the next match and play the videogame. It is the only way out, and unlike planes, you don't get a break from being spotted to reposition, it's permanently on your forehead and there is nothing you can do about it. It's similar to like when you play battleship and there's a potato yugumo 10km from you for 20 minutes to widespread fail you, very annoying, but you can still play the videogame somewhat while the yugumo is wasting 20 minutes of his life, unlike a battleship though, destroyers and many cruisers actually need concealment to play the videogame. You literally can't play the videogame as a destroyer when the submarine is following you around for 20 minutes, even if he's stupid. It's like being plane spotted by an obsessed CV for 20 minutes but with submarines you don't get a break while he gets more planes, there are no breaks, it's 20 mins.

Recently started suiciding into groups of enemies when I'm sick of dealing with an immortal under water god for 10 minutes, just to get out of the match. It does not affect my winrate in any way, chance of beating a sub that's abusing the bug is 0% anyway.

Fun Poll: Why grinding in TIER IX is so wearing?

It just feels that way because T7 => T8 is the biggest step in most lines. There are lines where the T9 feels like a T8,5 but there's also lines where the T7 feels like a T6,5

Fun Poll: Why grinding in TIER IX is so wearing?

Getting the T10 is never my goal of starting a line (unless I need it for clan battles) I start a line to understand the line, understanding more lines makes makes me a better player. If I feel very comfy in a ship on the way to T10, I leave that captain in it and keep the ship. Doing it like this has 2 benefits : - It never feels like a grind, you're exploring ships and keeping the ones you like most - Your fleet will consist only of ships you enjoy at various tiers To keep things fresh, I have a game where I start at T5, if I win I go up a tier, if I lose I go down a tier, I can never pick the same class twice in a row. I can't remember playing the same ship twice in a row even. This approach also works with friends, same rules, just take turns picking a ship.
