    The Marblehead that is already sub par to the Murmansk got their torpedos nerfed from 8.2km range to 6.6km range. I'm not happy. EDIT: I was wrong, forgot the captain skill that increase speed and reduce range of torps.

    Yes that was it. Stupid me. I was training my carrier commander and yes he got that captain skill.
