my game does not work anymore after last update plz advise

hello i dont know exact how the dmg count works because i am shooting the sweet spot Always but i dont get any dmg not with destroyers and cruisers and just a bit more with battleships i have battles with 100 hits and only 2000 dmg ist been going like that now for 5 days am i on a blacklist or something because nobody else i spoke with does not have the problem last 5 days have been really unfair not even killing a destroyer with 1000hp left with 6 hits this is just rediculous
