I've tried many time to create a ticket about removing unwanted crap from my ship list but no such option exists! The ticket system does not allow a player to make a report if it doesn't fit a narrowly defined scope, this is ridiculous. I want to be able to remove unwanted game modes and all ships captains and other stuff I'm not interested in. Please get your act together and provide some customer service please!
