Well this event was so set up that it was hardly a surprise that we would not get any/ few satisfaction from it. Getting a regular T4 is really on the lowest scale of rewards ( even from wg standards, since normally we would get a, rather meh, Premium T5/6 or/ and higher tier ships with perms) and to get that specific permanent camo you have to do extra German only missions..To get a camo that’s irrelevant because of the Tier.. Maybe it is good to take a break from WG. You can always decide to come back, or not. Today my friend, after 90 days of ignoring the game, rejoined through invitation. He got the Warspite ( And Diana Lima) as reward. He was rather burnt out ( that 90+ days off was quite refreshing) but this did motivate him again to give it a semi fresh start.. And he decided not to do grinds for the sake of fear of missing out “ WG gifts” So missing out on Odin, Mikoyan or early access to silver ships does no longer bother him..

Totally forgot that this existed once..Maybe it was that traumatic that my brain decided to hide it.. It’s more then 2 yrs ago..? well maybe CV and subs will go the way of Bastion...onetime..

I got all the crates until now minus the 2 from the twitch mission. Even dumb enough to buy 6 premium crates out of frustration.. Second last normal gave me the T6. A bit surprised since I thought they dropped T4->T6->T8. Got also the camo after having troubles getting the required 4 kills.. Torps that do 2k with low flooding chance, rockets that can do multiple citadels to cruisers but even then dmg is not always enough to get the final kill.. Killstealing teammates do not improve the feast either. Much frustration but atleast got the T6 with free perm camo..Still no way to get both the 2 missing cv to get enough coins to get a free tx camo. The waisted money (20€) was probably enough to buy me 1,5 permanent camo directly.. Lesson to be learned: don’t be dumb like JVD, don’t buy lootboxes! Just buy that Tx camo directly instead ( and hope that WG does not pull a Moskwa on you..)

Yes, interesting lack of details.. It’s not that we dont pay enough for the special look of these camo’s ( as stats wise they are no improvement) Might well demand that WG keeps their part of the deal.

Yes, I expect them to arrive in the last months this year. Hope Flint will be reasonable priced at T7 and not with “ a former steel ship surcharge” Since I will spend my current coupon on a steel ship, I will prefer to buy an admiral ( never discount) or a cheaper coal ship ( Flint fe) and wait and buy the more expensive ships with coupon after resetting the coupon in December. Currently only miss Yoshino, Marceau and the Lutjens.

Don’t worry, have all the ARP captains from the first event. Even the Nachi while hunting 20 Soviet kills.. So that’s 9 captain/ ships added with 3 extra characters. So 12 in Total. Free! Although WG made EU work hard for it... It’s still beter then the latest money grab...Although in the end you did get 5 premiums for playing...

We will get the 3 former “steel currency” for coal too. Thought WG said they would be non available for some time to placate the players who paid steel for those ships..Flint ( like Atlanta with smoke, no radar), Black T9 rader dd ( when released a unicum for dd) and a Soviet T9 dd. They were removed due to their lack of popularity though, but making them available for an easier currency does lower the bar for making the purchase.

Well the fun starts at uk T6 continues at T7. Stalls a bit at T8, T9 is a bit a downgrade. Mino is meme. Going to unlock both ca and cl requires you to play the T4 double to unlock them both... The UK CL have a place in the game, the UK CA? Not sure what they contribute.. But as said before me, UK cruisers are not the easiest to start with. JPN has a good line ( only stock Furutaka is ehh). Soviet cruisers are good too, both lines. US is torpless, lazy arcs but dependable, I prefer the CA line though. French cruisers are a safe bet too. ITA needs you to slugg through the first 6 tiers...Germans are not great but not terrible average.

Enjoy your ship, it’s a good one as long you know you don’t get too much in front. Your guns allow you to to Dmg from a more save Spot. Good railguns make hitting dd,s life hard even from range.

Dumped? Like sold for credits... ? One does not sell premiums because they will show up in reward crates etc to hunt you...

Great, my 6th free weeb captain! Last time we got 3 AL captains ( Hipper, Aurora And Hood) And Azuma for the collection AL collection. The Azure collection can be started by the 3 interim rewards that this mission gives due to the 3 reward crates that give items for this collection. The 5th free AL captain needs the current Twitch prime account. And there is a change you get Azuma again..

Just finished the requirements. Was4k base xp. My thought was “ not the Azuma” since I got her earlier. Well got the T8 jpn cv girl... Atleast it’s a different one. Well WG granted me now 5 “weeb “captains from AL. Hipper, Hood en Aurora. Azuma from the collection and now this one. Too bad the corresponding ships either have a better regular captain or are premiums that have again better regular captains available. The voices do not bother me but I won’t use captain xp to upgrade them to the skill lvl as my normal captains.

I only play Narai and Aegis. The others are too reliant on an atleast semi competent team... Play BB and Cruisers only. CV is not my cup of tea and I will be a burden for my team. DD idem. At T6 smoke cruisers. For BB’s I prefer either Fuso and Izmail. Decent to good speed and a good broadside. Fuso has the reload, Izmail the good accuracy for the 10/12 km encounters. Premium BB Dunkek and even PEF. But will play all nations if there are specific things to be farmed. Narai: Myoko, Belfast/Fiji. With Helene/Bloise(+ Arg version) for when I feel dakka. DoY ( that sonar does help) SinOP, Scharn and even that downtiered T7 Amagi version with that paper armor which name just eludes me for now) Looking at either US or UK bb line for reset. Neither does really appeal for T6 and T7 xp farm through scenarios... QE vs NM and Col vs KGV...

OK, I think the US premium DD's are ok too . I like the Hill (T5) so should not be too expensive. The premium T7 and 8 are very ok too but again a bit more expensive.

Wel there is only Clemson, the first real sealclubber ship. Its T4 and dont know how the CV meme is now changing that tier... T5 and T6 are not the best. T7 is always in a bad spot although Mahan (T7) did get a small reload buff.

Thanks, This was the reason i was upset. Not being ungratefull for a "free gift" but more again the misinformation of WG. Will never (extreme unlikely) get the 3 required cv drops for the 600 tokens required for a tier x perm camo. And i dont feel entitled to get them either. But the remote chance is like that, so remote, that a 5 extra rng chances are not going to change my abysmal change to get anything for free out this event. And these "simple" missions do not improve my mood. Baseline: Would like a free tX camo, but extreme unlikely (accepted, but atleast be fair about if WG like the "Free PR" Early free CV, don't care, any one received is nice. Will not go through loopholes though. Will not spend a dime on this. Breath in, breath out. ignore and continue with other things then WG.

Like you mentioned: hideous. Liked the old one much better and much more clearer. Pressing tabs to get to the modules and consumables was not problematic at all. Why change something thats not broken WG. Prefer you fix the real problems first...

I had the collectors emblem as my sign. When i saw the current "improvement" my first action of the day was to replace the collectors badge to a new one. WG keeps spoiling us with unwanted changes while ignoring the main problems... Fix Narai (not meaning kill xp reward) > improving collecters badge or new improved "ding dong " sound with all the ricochet's.

This is sad.. Was planning to farm my Myoko --> Mogami through some Narai games with max flags and camo. Had a nice 20K game (and some juicy FXP) yesterday and was planning to farm al the way to the required 109K needed... Fun police WG ruining the day again..

I played Narai several times yesterday and the only bug i found was with the total bad players in it.. having no clue whatsoever... But did have the ships to be escorted do strange stuff too. And the enemy final fleet already engaging while we were outside the main base...

Requires you to do 5 missions from 1200 upwards to 1600 base xp in a match. rewards one (!) normal german container...(and 5x 200K silver) Well thank you very much WG..... edit: main problem is the disbalance between effort and reward. The setup of this CV show is already on my bad side due to RNG lootboxes again. Then the final good reward (a nice tier x camo that requires 600 tokens)) is hidden behind luck of having all 3 cv's drop and having Graf Zep in your inventory...Sure having a camo worth 5K doubloons for free should not be easy but this is almost impossible with only just good luck.. Receiving one more container for that odd change of having a cv mission drop against these requirements just angers me. Does not encourage me to spend money at this moment. Especially since this missions were sold as easy. 1600 base xp is not super hard but neither easy...and then one crate..

Ships seems to be modernized ship design of the USN just after ww1. They canned these after the first naval treaty and only started building ships with the NC class BB's. These ships would have been build after ww1 if there was no London navy treaty in place. And then with another modernisation round akin to the post pearl harbor upgrade some old ships received. Really not inpressed. Atleast in my opinion there are more interesting lines to research.. ITA BB ITA DD EU Cruisers UK BB/BC GER BB/BC EU alt DD line US BB line (real ships tier 3-8) As for the Florida...Prefer WG used to real Florida as a premium. Its a ship class just before the Wyoming class with 5x2x12 inch guns..was a real looker, atleast better then this fake tier 7 Florida.. Sad, just sad. Not sov CV sad, but not that much better...

Yes, that's why i prefer the Poltava VS California as my KOTS reward since these 2 are the only missing premiums at T7. My luck will grant me the California though.

Will receive her as the KOTS reward since the only other remaining alternative, the Poltava, is just not this bad. Wonder how WG will butcher the VW 44/45 at T8.....
