New to the Game and have downloaded the WOWS from the EU server (Checked that twice) and I am trying to play on the EU server (Won't let me try anything else). It will not allow me to log in at all. The log in the game file states that there is a bad password but I am using the same one I use to log in here and it is supposed to be a unified log in. I have a ticket going with customer service (since late last night/early this morning GMT time) and outside of the auto response no other information. I know they have to deal with a lot of folks having issues so patient there. Wondering if anyone else has had similar issues? New install and all the checks show things okay except when loading there is an issue dealing with keyboard and also the issue with log in. Only saw the issue with keyboard by looking in the code. Also on the log in account it shortens my email to only "ail.com" which is rather strange.
Any input gladly accepted and I am more than willing to try to supply additional information (do Beta testing for a CAD company so I know some bugs just know how to hide). Again thanks for any ideas or input.
