Canarias should definitely be in the game due to her historical significance in pretty much all the naval fronts in the war and also in the post civil war period (trying to help the Bismarck's crew in WWII and serving as Spain's flagship for almost 40 years). I'd also like Almirante Cervera and especially Lepanto, who (probably) was the one who sank Baleares. One España-class Battleship would be very nice in lower tiers. I think somebody already pointed this out, but we actually had a WWII Carrier (Dédalo, former Independence-class USS Cabot). This could be interesting. Can't wait to see Spanish ships in WoWS! (... and maybe a few Spanish tanks in WoT! )
