    HELP needed!

    Its not if your internet is working or not. Its how stable your connection is to WGs servers. Im sorry but you would need to test your connection to wgs server using a specific software such as "ping plotter". That would tell you if your connection between your pc and wows servers is stable enough. I would also suggest contacting wg support as they might give you some pointers. Gl.

    So this. Even so, if everyone has the right to criticize the game I find it futile, because of other players bashing the poster with baby pictures. He is absolutely right and players joining in 2018+ have no CLUE what this game was like before that. I only play a few ops per day to progress some lines. I am not touching any PVP mode and COOP is just too boring to even bother outside snowflakes.
  6. As always, WG put ZERO thought into rework. Here is why AEGIS is unplayable. WG did not consider anything when upscaling the ops to T8. - Enemies ships have greater detection, making the initial DD (now Fletcher) smoke way too soon. - Enemies have greater speed traveling really fast to the south with the transport ships (they outrun the transport ships) - Second wave trigger should be changed. Now any allied ship triggers them way too soon if it ventures just a tiny bit to the north. - Ships from the second wave start shooting liberty ships (because now they have the range) and I had Nagato that spawned in the second wave kill a Liberty ship in the convoy I could go on, but I wont. The operation is way too hard for the players and it results in 90% loss (from my experience). Same goes for reworked Narai, where WG never considered that upscaled bots now have RADAR and greater range and speed. Currently the two OPS that I loved the most before the rework (NARAI and AEGIS) have became the WORST for me with random teams. TLDR: Some OPS such as AEGIS have not been balanced based on upscaled enemy ships (considering their greater FIREPOWER / RANGE / SPEED / TOOLS ...). Also if your team consists of mainly low tier ships (T6) enemy ships are same as if your team was whole T8. I really liked the idea for WG to give us access to all operations and for higher tier ships ... but this was done extremely lazy. Some operations are super easy but some are virtually unplayable. And again we have a situation where you hate some, but love others. Is trying them out and balancing them a bit too much to ask ??? I know I know ... people are bad ... but operations should not be frustrating to play. Especially not when they are delivered in "RANDOM" package.     How To Daring

    I play my Daring opportunistically. I sail close to the caps, but do not contest directly without support. I lurk on people that make mistake and spam them from smoke Then you move, smoke again and spam. Its good to have short duration smoke, as it kinda works as a free dd protection - you never stay long in one position. Hydro is defensive only and the train torps are extremely powerful tool if you get opportunity to use them.

    What comes in mind is that you changed server region somewhere. There is NA, EU, CIS and ASIA region of this game where each requires its own account. So if you are using WGC (wargaming game center client) make sure you have not selected another region ... if you are a steam user the option must be somewhere there as well

    Ok, sorry you are right, I did twist them (mainly because im frustrated by the amount of defeats I see in this op), but that doesnt change your position on this does it? You said you like the challenge... but as an ops main, I can tell you with certainty that Aegis is too hard and too fast paced for random teams. And its not just because of new players flux, mainly its because the operation was up tiered with no testing or thought put into it as how it will affect the game play.

    True, but those ops are more slow paced, they have heal zones and generally allow players to adapt. Aegis just throws bots out that steamroll players.

    Not only that. WG in its own wisdom will use the Halloween hard and super hard modes and include them as a separate (division only) options that nobody will ever play. I said many times that this "fail spots" (as you have already mentioned) need to be fixed, yet I am ignored. When I pointed out that Aegis needs adjustments because it's too hard for random team, a certain WG employee said that he likes the challenge and that it shouldn't be a walk in the park. That only confirms that they don't play the operations. They are getting feedback from try hard divisions that Aegis is.. fine as it is.

    You are talking about MM and bot spawns that are adjusted to the team composition. I don't think that it is difficult to do that as you already explained. What I am talking about (I will use the example) is that for instance in Narai... if there are only two playwrs alive after the Missouri is killed, the game is so smart, that it adjusts the bot spawns to make it possible for the two remaining players to successfully finish the ops. It spawns less and lower tier bots and recudes the XP for the team. This way, the operations are less likely to be frustrating for players. Some might say not challenging.. I say fun. Challenging and hard if the team is good, easy if the team is bad... with adjusted rewards.

    I'm afraid that its programmed in such a way, that its not just parameterized. If it was, there would be no problem to adjust individual bot spawns dynamically in the game. Currently all bot spawns are fixed and determined at the start of the match.

    AEGIS is ATM too difficult for random teams. Second spawn spawns too fast, bot ships have increased speed compared to previous T6, bots also have massive AA (I have been playing Kaga a lot) compared to other operations, secondaries target transport ships .. Don't get ne wrong, a full div can do Aegis with no problem. Random team with several T6 (possibly stock ships) cannot. I average 300k in Aegis, but a lot of times I just can't carry, because there is just not enough time. So saying that 2 braincells can do aegis is only sending false data to WG that the operation is fine. Its not fine, because out of 300 ops games I played since the rework it stands out massively.

    You are saying "maps", but those are not just maps. They are programmed scenarios (operations). I dont agree to limit certain operation to certain tiers. WG said that in the future they intend to add more tiers to operations. Meaning, that ALL available operations will allow all allowed tiers (my bet is that they will add T9). They also said that they will add new ops. I just hope they will balance out new added tiers (also Aegis is currently not balanced) and tweak some stuff to prevent hard fails (that are happening atm)...
