You guys are comapring her to other DDs, which is fair. But also dont forget, that since her release CV rework happened (rocket planes) and also a lot of new cruiser lines were released that pack radar and hydro or even sap. Dont forget that you are facing T9 most of the time ... beasts like Kitakaze, Mogador etc... I agree that she is still a decent ship for its tier, but atm she is only a shadow of her former self, and she being a premium is kinda bitter... a school example of power creep.

You cant compare a 2d strategy map with 3d open world environment...

How about a map designer (editor) for training battles? :)

I on the other hand appreciate balancing ships (buffing or nerfing). I just wish the dev team would make more balancing changes sooner ... for under and over performing ships. I can name at least 10 ships that really need some fixing ... yet I don't know what stats exactly are you guys looking into .... because apparently you consider them to be "fine". And they are clearly not. Is Sinop overperforming for example? Certainly ... yet your stats show its fine for its tier.

I bought her when she came out. WG advertised her as "can fire from stealth" in the store. Once they removed stealth firing she was left in the dust. After years of complaining wg slightly buffed her, but in the meantime more powerful DDs were released. I still have 60%+ WR in her, but those stats are old. Its how WG balances things... with massive lag (if ever), because they still take those early stats into account... She now is a port queen in my acc... even without a captain (I moved the captain to Halland where now its torp specced).

I do the same thing. I don't qualify on purpose. Gotta grind Venetto, Kansas and Albemarle :)

Depends of the cost. For below 100k cmd xp I use cmd xp... for high level cmdr I just use dbls...

Also restart the game center client, so the change comes in effect.

I like to see secondaries do pewpew aswell ... but then you see that they do puny damage and realize that your ship gave up too much for mere fireworks. From my 5 year experience with this game I learned that the tank build is still the way to go. Once I specc out of the deadeye on my Thunderer / Conqueror / Republique / Yamato I am reverting them to tank builds. But there is one ship (captain basically) that will remain secondary specced. And that is the Kurfurst. Why? Because if secondary build exist, I might aswell keep at least one ship specced into it. Plus I can use the captain also on Tirpitz / Sharn, while my Lutjens sits on MVR configured with BB tank build for both. If a secondary ship fully specced into secondaries cannot melt a spotted dd at 10 km rushing you ... well ... you get my point.

Define happy, because I have serious doubts regarding your statement. This kind of comments might just give WG an excuse to say secondary builds are totally fine and do not need any further adjustment, because you see here ... people are "happy" with them.
