That means they have been messing with the ops economy. It's not like they have been adding a premium ship and by doing so, accidently changed the ops economy code... theres no way (speaking as a developer) since nothing else has been planned / changed in ops code (has it?). Either this was done deliberately and hoped that it will go by unnoticed, or this was done to discourage players from playing ops, so they play more ranked / randoms in the current patch .... Either way I expect we wont see a HF for this... at best the change will be reverted (adjusted) in the next patch.

@YabbaCoe @Sehales At this point I would really like to ask you kindly, to provide us with the information why and how the ops where changed in the latest patch. I dont think its too much to ask, because my future time spent in the game depends on this information.

Can confirm. Narai has ben cut in HALF (calculated around 60% nerf). Previously 1800 bpx game (200k dmg, "Shark among shrimps" achievement) is now a miserable 800bxp.

Can confirm. Narai was heavily nerfed. Without any information to the community.... 180k dmg, Shark among Shrimps achievement .. only around 800 bpx ... used to be around 1800 for similar game. So more than 100% nerf. Why is that? And why dont you (wg staff) have any info (or clue) about it? People already noticed:

Yes ICEBERGS ... but not islands ... that would be pretty weird :) I know what you are trying to say ... you want interactive maps, where players could manipulate them ... but I don't think that would change much. For instance ... if you could make a hole in one island ... people would shoot it from the start ... so just adding a map with a hole would be the same. I would manipulate cyclone mechanics. For instance ... a volcano on the map erupts ... turning day into night. Or a nuke goes off in the background, shutting down minimap and radar/hydro/communication for all. Stuff like this :)

The only thing I can really add is that my Z-52 is a full torpedo build :) I doubt .2 second reload buff would make that big of a difference (noticable) ..... its 0.2 seconds :) But many play the ship as a gunboat .... I never did. Grozovoi on the other hand received torp dmg and flooding buff. Again ... torps are just as usable as they were before ... the change would not "make" the ship feel more like a hybrid. It was a hybrid before, just as it is now :)

Im a big fan of lt1956 and his RTW SPQR mod. Still up to this day his mod is one of the best strategy experience ever.
