I would change it so, that if you fire in smoke the "firing from smoke" penalty kicks in (as is now). But if you fire in the open you bloom for 20 secs (as you do now), but if you enter a smoke before those 20 secs has run out, the detection is resetted. I would apply that for all classes. Atm its stupid that you fire, pop smoke (or enter smoke), but you still bloom for 20 seconds. I dont like this ... especially on ITA bbs...

I once took out a Buffalo. Spawned in the middle of the map. Full speed to the island infront of me. Got spotted for 2 secs by an enemy CV. Before i reached the island my ship exploded. Got devstruck by a 20+ km never spotted GK about 30 secs into the game. FXPd the ship right after that game. The guy actually said "sorry".

Once you get overmatched trough bow by the big boys you might wanna hate the ship. Mine is gathering dust.

She is worth it if you don't have a DesMoines. If you do, than not worth it, unless you absolutely love DesMoines and you want another variant. Its basically a DesMoines with a better heal and a shorter (Atlanta) radar and no spotter plane option.

@citaDELer Its very simple. A captain is TRAINED FOR A SHIP. If you want to move him to another tech tree (silver) ship ... you have to TRAIN HIM FOR THAT SHIP (using elite cmd xp or doubloons). That is the rule .. and it has been like this from the start.

I bet he only has a T10 ship and 1 captain for the line. I play the same style. I have only T10 ships and premiums. The only exceptions are St.Luis and Clemson :) So a reset would cost me tons of credits and at least 2k dbls (or 1.2 mil cmd xp) if I would fxp to T5 with my 21 pointer....

This is how WG balance department works. Q: How do we earn at least X amount of money with a ship, but to sell them as few as possible (so we dont flood the servers with it). A: We make it expensive AF. But but... players will complain about the hefty price. Well comrade ... then we wrap it in "random" bundles mechanics. We make out a few stories that people got it in first couple of bundles, so that a lot of players go for it. This way we are drawing attention away from the final price and there is a lot of dumbas... khm, khm ... colllectors! out there, who will gamble away to the max. Dmitri ... you are a genious. I know Vasili ... pass the potato nectar bottle, I have to balans airstrikes next.... Working since PR release (and the community thinks they won. xaxaxaxa- evil laughter in russian).

I am not imagining right? Because I had several games in the past month, where my ship doesnt do what it's supposed todo.... and in the end gets me killed... Thnx for taking your time looking at the replay!

I HELD A (rudder completely on the left), yet the ship is turning RIGHT. Do you guys take this bug reports seriously ???????? Forumites... can some of you guys check the replay, so one can confirm im not imagining? @DFens_666 maybe? Its my last smoke infront of Nurmberg. I tried escaping north, but my ship turned south.... my rudder was not out at the time (only few moments later, when I sailed out of the smoke like an idiot because of this).

That activates automatically if one goes full HP for a ram.

Or they could just give random containers out... anything but "more grind for your reward"....

If this needs to be put out on live for testing, then the devs are completely delusional. To anyone seeing this is 100% clear that its broken beyond oblivion. Putting this crap out on live server is an INSULT to the entire player community. I would like to hear your comment if you would be on the receiving end.... surely it would be "I am glad that I participated in this test, because wg definitely needs more data on this".

Not really ... it got nerfed by HALF in the latest patch. (all ops were). Now its like using special flags in COOP ... more or less.

My advice is to wait until Dutch cruisers get released ... and that properly rage quit :)
