There is also a bug in game... and perhaps It has nothing to do with the above problem ... but still: The CTRL-X locks guns, while X locks on target... BUT if you are using a keyboard layout other than English things get messed up. I am using a keyboard that switches Z and Y (I have two keyboard layouts and I am switching them with alt+shift) and I have noticed that sometimes X and CTRL-X get switched. Meaning that X no longer acts as locking on target, but suddenly starts acting as locking guns on bearing, while CTRL-X starts acting as locking on target. When this happens (usually it just happens in the middle of the fight) you can not reverse it without restarting the entire game client. Hope I make sense

DDs are so under powered this season, because of all the hydro and radar. There is no sitting in the smoke as you get wrecked in no time. I wanted to buy the Atago, but I really dont have a single good JAP CL captain I can use. On the other hand, my Budyonni, Shchors and Chapayev all have DE, so I guess Kutuzov is the best choice.

Hey Im interested what ships will you guys bring to ranked 5. If you want list your ships and provide short explanation why. Also ships NOT to bring in ranked would be nice... Also provide your input... what can we expect... i think we will see loads of Bensons... This is my lineup. Its what I have at disposal, and I tried to have variety. TIER6 New Mexico (Its the only T6 BB I have. I think its solid, but I fear it will "lag" behind due to its slow speed). Cleveland (I have it maxed out on AA, about to give her DE. I think its the strongest t6 cruiser) Budyonni (fast fireing HE spammer. I have DE on it, gonna use it with hydro). Farragut (no-brainer. Best knife fighter at T6). TIER8 North Carolina (again the only T8 BB I have. Im kinda afraid of all the Tirpitzes and Bismarcks ... but we will see). Kutuzov (I will buy it today and will use my Budyonni and Shchors captains in it, since i wont have enough time to train the captain) Chapayev (radar and hydro ... a DD hunter and HE spammer) Benson (I dont think there is a better choice .. tho i feel Lo Yang with hydro would be better) I would not bring Mutsuki. Its just a horrible ship. Also I think Nurmberg is kinda weak for ranked. I have mixed feeling about Ognevoi... as a support ok, but for capping ... a nono. For T8 I wont comment as I am unsure.

I can deal with detonations ... happens, and you get signals. What I hate is some BB shooting AP salvo in my DD and i get devastated. Now that hurts.

Whats the best ship to collect some detonation flags? Im running low and I dont want to get detonated in ranked ... im NOT joking

I havent even mention realism I just think it would be fun. It would make you decide ... will you move in smoke or not.

I havent seen this in ages ... looks like the bug was fixed badly.

What bugs me is ... Hydro. I know how it works ... it boosts the proximity spotting range, BUT it should not detect stationary ships in the smoke. If a ship is moving (engines are up) than yes, but if its not it could be only spotter in smoke using the rrrrrradar.

We all should just play for fun. Thats the intention of games isnt it. Look, theres a bunch of us here on forum ... plenty opportunities for divisions. And we all know divisions are fun (talking about randoms here). If anyone wants to play some division with me, add me ingame and msg me. What bothers me is my attitude. I agree with business6. Ranked is pretty much endurance marathon and has absolutely nothing to do with skill. People playing 50 games per day to reach rank 1 is just SICK. I play ranked only for signals... nothing more. regards.

Well ... after about 10 games I am ready to give up. The amount of idiots playing is just mind boggling. The only CL in the match (im not sure where some of you guys see DDs but my games are infested with BBs) and all friendly BBs refuse to lead. I find myself leading and being nuked to oblivion. If I stay back (and by that I mean constantly shooting, setting fires, reseting caps) people call me pussy. Right ... i should tank in a cruiser... To be honest ... even the signals are not worth it. Back to random for me.

The "listen to your own music" is bugged. I threw bunch of mp3s to the folder that I had to create myself. When entering port and settings i check the checkbox....and several songs start playing in the same time. Even if i uncheck all checkboxes (play music in port, play music in game, listen to your own music) the jibberish is still playing. I have to restart client. Useless. EDIT: Just tested with only 1 mp3 in the folder. Even bugs with this. Same songs plays on 2 channels with few seconds delay. Its a mess

I am an average player that plays 2 / 3 games per evening, because I have obligations (wife, kids, job ...) - and bad luck with random team members that ignore the chat completely. If I was still single I would probably play more, because I really like this game and its mechanics. Actually I spend a lot of evening reading / watching videos on the WoWs topic instead of actually playing. I would love to play in a team, but none of my RL friends or coworkers play it. I sometimes play division with a couple of people I met in game / youtube, but mostly I just play solo. I would love to spend time planing various maps (I like to print them out and draw on them), fleet and ship builds etc. I think team battles are not promoted enough, hell they should be always available. Also ranked battles should be held more often!

Whatsup with torpedo indicator being almost invisible? I cant find any setting to make it more visible. What gives?

On the new map Shards the torpedo indicators are almost invisible. Perhaps you would consider implementing same feature as for the mini map, so the user could set up its transparency? Good work as always guys, peace out!

As already stated only problems are low tier cruisers such as Kuma, Phoenix and DDs like Derzki. Problem is that those players dont even know their torp range. We all been there.
