That would work in a perfect (rare) scenario. The reality is that not all players are super-unicum, and If you put an average player in -2 tier disadvantage he will most likely be deleted or in best case extremely passive.

With all the amount of whining on the forums (and ingame) about unfair MM you are a rare breed and I salute you for it.

I have always strongly supported the +/- 1 tier MM. IMO it would eliminate a HUGE portion of player frustration. The only reason for not having it is (again IMO) a player pool problem, meaning the wait time would increase. But since the current MM has a few second wait time in peek periods I fail to see that that is the case. WG could implement (as a test phase) +/- 1 MM for the peak times at least ... the game balance would be better and player frustration would reduce by half - again just my opinion, I could be wrong.

I agree with most of what you said, except "for not playing the way you want" part Perhaps WG should put more effort into releasing those "map tactics" videos ... or we keep our fingers crossed and hope people start learning from their mistakes. Unfortunately playing "random" is a CRUCIAL part of the game progression. We have to grind the ships and we have to play it. So saying "its random, what do you expect" is not entirely acceptable. I bet if WG started releasing MAP TACTICS videos with DASHA as host, more people would watch them .. its a question if they would listen to her or just watch her .. there ... one suggestion from my part

You should consider reading my initial post before you start patronizing. I am asking how could we prevent this type of game play. Its not just another whine post about WR.

Has anyone got any success with IFHE on Cleveland? PS: @AmazingBeaver just saw your post.... how did it feel? It didnt feel good for me... I might had bad game, but all I really noticed was less fires.

Today a very important contributor (at least for me) and supertester announced that he is retiring from WoWs. Business6 is (at least for me) a very cool guy who provided GREAT information in a very interesting way. Business6 ... I will miss your content very much. Thank you for every trick and tip you have provided ... and most importantly INFORMATION that improved my game play and overall enjoyment of the game. I completely agree with your reasons for leaving, I wish you all the best ... and I somehow hope you will spit out a WoWs video now and then - just for kicks at least.

Same here. Opened around 100 containers with Try my luck and no SC. I got my last SC like a month+ ago. What is interesting is that around same time my Premium ran out.

Perhaps a CV player should explain why they prioritize Kirov instead of other more "juicy" targets (BBs)?

Was this skill ever demanded / suggested? I dont think so ... so there must be a very interesting story behind it. iChase suggests (he is guessing) that the skill is a part of something bigger we will see in the future. I fear to even know what it is.

The skill a pure insult. We dont need It and we dont want it. Situational? Not worth it? Lame excuses ... because almost EVERY DD now has it as they are INFERIOR if they dont. So since its "not worth it" ... not worth perhaps if you dont have a 15 pt+ captains ... but even the contributors equip it on all DDs.

Signed. RDF/RL has no place in this game. I dont like having it and I dont like playing against it. It negates way too important aspect of this game. It is an "insult" to the players, and since it sooo "not worth it", "situational" why did you put it in the game in the first place?

I thought lets give it a try.... If you dont have a 15pt+ captain in your DD you are screwed. Im taking a break. A long one. GLHF guys!
