I am not sure if you understood The islands were there, but they did not show on the minimap, so sailing in a fast DD like the Kiev is extremely hard. I never felt so handicapped in this game...

Just a question. I have my Shchors captain in my Kiev (I sold the Shchors and retrained the captain on the Kiev for 500 gold). What will happen in this case?

Ok so ... im confused. Then if I want the Kiev and am 30k XP away I should do it before the change or else im f**** and will have to grind 2 ships all over again? Im sorry but this is just too damn confusing for me.

I have stuck to "Try My Luck" all the time until the recent update. Now I only press "More Signals and Camo" ... altho I often get some irrelevant stuff ... like captain slots and even consumables.

Oh .. I loose concentration after midnight (specially if I know I will have a rough day at work the next morning). Usually I join at 9, play couple of games, quit the game at around 11, then I watch an episode of Black Sails (atm) and fade away

A question. I am grinding Ognevoi in order to get the Kiev and I am 30k away to get the ship. After the change ... will this remain? Will I be able to continue grinding the Ognevoi and get the Kiev?

There has been many requests that WG fixes this. Lets hope they include it in the near patch, because its very annoying (specially for the people who want to rage after battle at someone and cant message that person lul).

"on any ships" .. define this "any ships" please. Not all ships have same consumables ... low tier ships dont have fighter planes, radars etc. If the default consumable isnt there then the ship doesnt have what you want. The dropdown allows you to mount premium (you can use silver not gold) version, that last longer or reloads faster. I believe you are misunderstanding .... if the ship does not have lets say a fighter plane then you can not mount it on. The consumables in your list are premium consumables you earned and can be use on ships that have them (basically you have a stock of premium consumables that you would otherwise have to pay for them).

Agreed, but unfortunately the topic fades away very soon. Plus WG ignores our wishes ... they just to their own thing ... USS Black is a perfect example of this.
