I dont use the skill on all of my DDs. But it is a DD skill .... dont have it on single CL let alone any BB. Is it strong? Yes. Does it need nerfing? Maybe. I was strongly against this skill to be implemented in the first place .... and If I have to be honest I still am.

Way too hard for randoms (if the hard mode will ever be available to randoms). The spawns of Rasputin and Gorgon kinda decide the outcome.

What did I do? Milk and cookies help you relax in times of frustration. Havin fireplace screen saver and some jolly xmass music only helps. I know, talking from xp. Shame on you commando... No cookie for you !!!

Was surprised not being able to complete rd dd unlock mission (base xp grind) in arms race. Played 5 games before realising that Arms race is not under completion critiria. Sad.

I would like to share my solution (for now it seems that this has fixed my lag when holding CTRL). Little history: I have noticed the lag after I bought Razer Ornata Chroma keyboard 2 years ago. I have tried countless things from USB ports, software tweaks, updates ... but nothing helped. Lately I have been focusing on OS. There has to be something with the OS causing this, since almost none of you had this issue I somewhat discarded client issue. OS/specs: Win10 Enterprise, i5, 16Gb RAM, SSD, GTX980ti. This is what I did (stuff is accesible by just writting after pressing start in winOS, no need to browse stuff via control panel) : 1. Keyboard properties (this has made me think .. what if this functionality is interfering with my WoWs experience...) - repeat delay: short; repeat rate: fast 2. Ease Of Access Center / Make the keyboard easier to use Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Ease of Access Center\Make the keyboard easier to use - Turn OFF Sticky keys - Open "Set up Sticky keys" - Turn Off Everything, confirm with OK. - Go back and open "Set Up Filter Keys" - Turn off the box "Beep when keys are pressed or accepted" - Select radio button "Turn on Repeat keys and Slow keys and confirm with "Apply". - Open "Set up Repeat Keys and Slow Keys" - Set "0.0" seconds for "How log do you want to hold down a key before your computer accepts the keystroke" - Select "Ignore all repeated keystrokes" and confirm with "Apply". Press OK to return to previous menu. ** Pay attention that if you do not Accept changes with (Apply or OK) you might loose your selections when navigating in sub settings! If all done correctly, you should now have selected "Turn on Filter Keys" on the first window. If not select it and press Apply. What this has some is, when you press and hold any key, the OS will no longer be repeating it (go test this in the notepad). This has somewhat fixed my lag when I was holding CTRL to manually select a target in WoWS. The problem with this is that in some cases (like deleting a line in text editor by holding "backspace" key) is disabled. The option between enabling and disabling repeating when button is held down in OS is by manipulating "Turn On Filter Keys". But in order to have lag-free WoWs game, I am willing to take this effort. Cheers!

Nay. Sure RPF is usefull on all classes, but you give up survivability or AA on BBs that are more valuable. Being spotted most of time, it is not your job to detect DDs. Rather use plane to detect a DD in critical situations. Always try to fire on a DD when you have a chance and by doing that you help your friendly DDs in their knife fights.

Im downloading right now ... first 800+ Mb ... second one 1.7 Gb ... also the download speed has been auto set to 128kbps (had to manually set it to unlimited). Was there any patch announced? Because the version did not change... plus I cant find any info what I downloaded... I had 2 downloads in total.

Nobody really knows how the MM works except WG team. So called RNG is a peace of code, that in theory is supposed to be random, but we can not know. Every time the RNG related topic comes up, expect tin-foil-hats and git-gut/l2p memes... specially by some fierce unicums on this forum :) Not that I mean this in any offending way, but the thing is ... we dont know how MM works. Sure they tell us that its random (pseudo random), and that it only is lookin at: tier/nation and ship type. But you kinda have to be very naive if you believe that :D So in the end ... just try to progress and accept your limitations (like I did). Try to have FUN in this game, with people you like playing with (friends).

About WoWp reference (never played WoWp nor WoT)... but here is how I see it :) Somewhere in the "distant" future, you CV players wont even need CVs anymore. You will be able to takeoff from airfields that had been in the game for ages. Maybe fighters will work like that.... 1 player - 1 plane.

tbh, never noticed any bounces on broadside cruisers. But i do see a LOT of overpens from ranges up to 12-14 km (sometimes even on other BBs) with perfect waterline aim.
