That is another good build. With BB AP change it only became more viable. Well worth considering taking JoT+EL over BOS while keeping AR. Sometimes 19 pts just is not enough :)

If repair is really as problematic on T9/10 the only choice would be dropping AR in favor of JoT. Dropping buffed EM is stupid, also BOS is very important... but i still feel that repair is managable on most BBs without JoT. Wont play too smart here since I do not own the ships...

JDK works on both lines, BB and CL. Ive got him on Minotaur (using JoT and smoke skills) and Bert (xactly the same as Jack) is grinding BB line using EM buff (have to amit the line is not my cup of tea, so I am lagging behind).

Unsure about dropping BOS in favor of EL and some 2pt skill. Even with BB AP change, it seems more useful on cruisers to me.

Nonono, thats not it. Its more like buying a bottle of Scotch and then you have to drive to Scotland and make it yourself from scratch. And then if you make it in time (see the time flamed reference here?) and only then you get a nice looking mystery cigar box with a cigar coupon inside (of course you have to fly to Cuba and roll it yourself, but thats not important is it...).

Hello, I really want to know the reasons behind this. One sided games have become more and more common in WOWS. First I thought its MM and WR. But then stuff like this started popping up (colors are overall WR). Is it really just a combination of bad luck (RNG) + bad decisions? Or do you think it also has something to do with maps (sides) and other variables (radars, hydro...).

I have to agree here.... kinda. Dont get me wrong... I supported the change... still do, but the effects are not as positive as expected. The main problem was that long range AP salvo, where u got hit by one or two shells that did massive dmg. Allowing DDs to rush a BB is not good. DDs should still get blapd at close range. Specially since HE is not guaranteed kill at close range.

Before this thread becomes another massive s**tfest may I ask: What team composition (considering that clans playing Stalingrad lineups are very competent players) would be able to effectively fight this lineups? Currently my only idea is another Stalingrad team. This kind of "problem" is one of the prime examples how WG themselves mess with their own event and make it frustrating and unbalanced. Dont get me wrong ... I am not envious of you guys owning Stalingrad .... its just that every single time there is some sh**fiesta produced by WG because they cant think a month in advance (lack of imagination in my opinion).
