Hey buddy, Thanks for taking your time helping me with this one. IDK man ... the only FLAK I am being able to dodge reliably is to dive into attack when I get "we are under fire" sound. Then the flak appears above my planes (in horizontal line). I have problems getting out of attack (even when attacking some of the non AA ships) ... I go left, right wiggle waggle .. my planes just get hit by this invisible blasts that turns them from green to yellow and then red. Feels like I cant avoid that whatever I do. Most likely im just too stupid to understand this mechanics ... :/ Here are my GPU settings (i5, 16gb ram, gtx 980ti, SSD) and the mods I use: https://imgur.com/a/D5nRc9i The one that could possibly affect the FLAK would be AA colored lines. I have this one from before the rework ... but its mostly just short/mid range eye candy...

Khm ... I work as a developer and I can only say ... Khm Khm ... I fucked up things beyond oblivion myself several times :) crap happens ... sometimes you just cant foresee stuff

Your progress cant go lol, its server based. Instead of waiting 4 days ... better make clean install of everything ... could be fixed within an hour or two .... worth trying! EDIT: ok @Unleashed3k apparently already tried clean install ...

Did you guys who still have issues tried reinstalling the client completely?

why? you have ALL the data WG. You can give the players the compensation automatically.... dont try to reduce the number of claims by hiding this as much as possible or worse ... wrapping this into another silly mission chain...

All TK is handled by automated system. WG does not deal with any reports sent to support.

You are only describing one situation. T10 CV game. Go and take a T8 CV and take it to T10 game. You will see how real uselessness feels like.

Happens to me when i start typing and i forget to activate chat. But sometimes i am just evil and I say to everybody: "press enter twice and type TOYZU2019WOWS for free super container". Always amazes me to see smoke clouds ON the horizon. No need for CV to spot DDs. No wonder my karma is always 0...

I seen people using radar or hydro right of the start. I asked one why he used hydro, and he said: "it sounds cool".

I just want to say that since the last patch i noticed this: Like some of you know I am still kinda "boycotting" the game, just because AA makes no sense to me now. I restricted myself to coop only in order to figure out something I already learned in all the years of playing the game... And to those people saying to me "Learn to dodge FLAK" I say ... make a video. Because FLAK still makes no sense. I fly, all my planes full HP, I dodge .... then BOOM out of nowhere (no flak drawn on screen) and suddenly ALL my planes turn yellow and start smoking. BOOM again and most of them get red. What im trying to say ... it doesnt feel like I flew trough flak ... feels like a homing missile hit me ... or something magical. Ok back to topic. After daily dose of playing Saipan in coop I noticed my DMG dropped since last patch. Im still doing same stuff ... optimizing my drops (mostly focused on torpedo bombers). From 150k average damage I dropped to around 90k average. Must be the flooding change. Made around 50 battles and calculated the result across torpedo hits / floodings started ... and damage dropped significantly. So I see this change as another indirect CV nerf.

Yesterday I had a game with massive lag. Never had something similar. Was playing CV, game just paused (sound kept playing), FPS still at 60fps, ping at 20ms. Planes just flew away (like I was recalling them), after 5 seconds they flew back in formation... this kept happening every few seconds ... totally unplayable. Checked task manager ... network ... everything OK. Restarted the client ... rejoined battle ... same story. Exited the battle / game .. rebooted. Came back was pink. Thought ye ... was my PC ... but next game same story.... chat said they were OK. Took a break ... came back after 15 minutes all was ok. Gotta wash away my pink for8 battles now.

HOW did you finish it? I never finished the collection. Missing 1 item or 2 duplicates.

Player numbers have apparently gone up. Up to 30 million.

I mean ... what the heck. What is the flak bound to? Apparently none of the settings affect it. Its too loud. And what about the rudder. When driving CV I have to listen the entire round KLINK KLONG KLINK KLONK... what is the rudder sound bound to? Why was this necessary again?
